Pros: Clean and quiet B&B Hotel with nice baroque furniture and terrace to enjoy morning breakfast. The host was amazingly caring, always available for questions via messenger. Short bus trip to Rome city center from a nearby bus stop.

Good place to stay with a great owner
Pros: Breakfast as a bonus, the owner was willing to solve the issue with the shower very quickly. Good location, easy access to the city center by bus around 30min.

Perfect
Pros: I spent several days in this wonderful hotel. From the very threshold I was greeted with a sincere smile and warm hospitality, which was felt in everything - from the cozy atmosphere to the little things thought out for the comfort of guests. The room is clean and very cozy. The morning began with a delicious breakfast: aromatic coffee and homemade pastries. If you are looking for a place where you can feel at home, be sure to come here!

Location + Restaurant nearby
Pros: B&B in Rome is a great place to stay, especially for a city break. It has excellent connections to the city center, making it easy to explore. The owner was very nice and every morning brought us fresh croissants from a local bakery, which was a great way to start the day. Right next to the B&B, there’s a restaurant serving authentic Italian food until 11 PM at reasonable prices. A really convenient and comfortable place to stay in Rome!

Amazing!
Pros: If you like old designs, furniture, tiles, and architecture that make you nostalgic, this is the place for you. As far as I know, I stayed in the smallest room, even that was quiet big. The sheets are very clean, the bed is huge. The hosts are amazing people, always available to help and extremely polite. The neighborhood is very cute and quiet. Bus stand is only 3-4 minutes walk away. All the tourist spots are quiet near as well. I had an amazing stay here. The room was very beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. When I revisit Rome, will definitely stay here again.
Cons: Perhaps something salty could be added to the breakfast options as everything was sweet, but, for the price of the room, it's pretty good, can't complain. I think they forgot to clean the bathroom door and shower curtains/shutters - but the rest of the bathroom (shower, sink, toilet, bidet) was super squeaky clean, so again, can't really complain.

Good for a longer stay
Pros: Room interior design is really authentic, cool and clean, big bed, hot water in the shower, open kitchen and the terrace to drink morning coffee. Fabri really helpful and pleasant person. Easy to get to the centre, buses are coming often.
Cons: The shower and bathroom in general wasn't that clean with rust, dust and maybe fungus, but it wasn't something too disturbing. Not that easy to get here sometimes due to buses lateness (not facility guilt of course). Heating system could work better

Pros: Relation price -> quality Room exactly as at the photos Good price (not expensive) Air conditioning in the room Very close to bus stop Only 25 min by bus to the historical city center Terrace for guests Late check - in Nice lady - owner Breakfast Fridge for guests Microwave
Cons: No contact with owner before travel (but don't worry - everything is as described in the offer, they just don't answer) Lady - owner does not speak English No kettle for making tea -you have to prepare hot water in microwave (which does not taste as real tea) Breakfasts consist of only sweets, no sandwiches

Little cozy place close to Vatican
Pros: People very friendly, design little bit strange, but funny. All is fine, even breakfast was. Its take some minutes by bus from city centre to the place.
