Highly recommend for your city break or small holiday in Rome
Pros: The room was spotless and very clean. Quick response to messages The owner greeted us personally and explained about good restaurants and coffee shops in the area. Really comfortable bed. 1 minute away of metro station Good restaurant at ground floor The pictures in the add are up to date and speak for themselves Highly recommend for your city break or small holiday in Rome.

Pros: Excellent apartment, modern, fresh, clean, comfortable, Easy electronics key access, close to all amenities, metro, bus, shops, cafe, bars and restaurants. The bathroom was immaculate and a great power shower, toilet, bidet, bed was comfortable, clean sheets and towels, new smart tv. Fresh clean decor and great windows onto street. Good location, 10 minute metro into centre of Rome or 15 mins on a bus. Great restaurants around to eat at. Mini markets close by for food and drinks/alcohol. Fridge in room to cool your drinks. Barter shops down for prices of booze too . Hosts Luca and Antonio were very nice and accommodating. Really enjoyed our stay here and definitely return in future.
Cons: Nothing we didn’t like. Could’ve done with a small kettle and a couple of cups for making a coffee after a long day out but there’s cafes in the vicinity.

Pros: Location right at the Metro Station, arround 5 minutes ride to Vatican and 12 minutes to the spanish steps. Secure parking (extra cost 15€/day) We had our own Apartment with two bedrooms, and a full kitchen (can't speak for the other room types). The Apartment is great for 4 people, too (Not only one real bed(room) and a pull-out Couch like in other Holiday Flats) We had an issue with our Car and the Host let us use his tools to fix it. We were able to Check in early and leave our Car until the evening after check Out. Thanks again!
Cons: The Metro Line A currently only runs until 9pm. On the other hand this was good because you can hear the trains sometimes in the Apartment. There was music from the Restaurant below until arround midnight. I wouldn't call the Apartment luxurious and there was no breakfast option so the Name ist a little bit confusing :)

We would definitely come again, as the location, apartment and hospitality is perfect.
Pros: Antonia welcomed us very friendly and answers to all our requests rapidly. The stay is next to the metro, around the corner approx. 150m. It takes about 15-20 mins with the metro to the city. The Appartement is absolutely clean and enough space for 2 people. There are supermarkets, kiosks, and restaurants close to the Appartement. Antonio even gave us some recommendations for foods when we arrived. Great hospitality!
Cons: If you are not a deep sleeper, you might hear people talking on the floor or knocking on each others door, even though there are only 4-5 available rooms. Might be good to have a „keep quiet“ sign during early mornings and midnight
