Pros: I checked in late, but the staff was very kind and helpful. she couldn’t speak English but she tried her best using a translation app and provided all the necessary information. I was really impressed. The location is close to the metro and bus station, with restaurants and shops nearby. The accommodation was clean and had a smart TV, which I really liked.
Cons: The kitchen area is shared with other rooms, which was okay because I didn’t use it.

Pros: The place is very lovely and incredibly clean, located in a safe and relaxing area. The airport shuttle bus station is just a few minutes’ walk away. The host is very kind and helpful, it was a real pleasure staying there. Free coffee and pastries were included, which I really appreciated. I can only recommend this place! 10/10

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay in Rome, Alissa Suite is a quick walk to the metro. The room and bathroom was really nice and even with a small language barrier, Tatiana was extremely accommodating and helpful. We really enjoyed the snacks and coffee provided. There's a lot of nice restaurants nearby.

Absolutely wonderful stay - clean, luxurious and comfortable 🤍
Pros: Absolutely wonderful stay!! Such a beautiful place. Exceptionally clean and beautifully designed with a comfortable bed. Our host was very kind and attentive throughout our stay. The premises were the cleanest I’ve ever seen across all the places I’ve stayed at. Close to the train station and multiple bus stations around. I can’t recommend Alissa Suits enough!

If you like to have a clean, luxury accomondation with genuine hospitality, choose it!
Pros: The accomondation was absolutely awsome! Everything new and clean. Very good matress, goodies for breakfast (coffee, tea marmelade etc), refrigerator, high capacity for a lot of stuff in the room, A/C. It is luxurius, more than enough and more than you ask for. The landlord lady, Mrs Tatiana, is constantly helpful and very-very kind. Plus, a nice outdoor lobby for the night to seat and have a drink or a pizza or just chill. A very plus, a good sense of security for your stuff to leave behind.
Cons: Nothing to mention, except to notice for those who prefer to be in the very centre of Rome, keep in mind that it is 7 metro stations away, which for me it is very good, as you have a good quiet and quality sleep without the noise of the city. But 7 stations is not that far away isn't it?

Amazing value, amazing location, amazing host
Pros: We were blown away by the service from the host, Tatiana. She is so friendly and helpful. She gave us so much advice on which train or coach to take. She kept the kitchen stocked with little cakes, crackers and chocolates and constantly asked if we needed help with anything. She’s also very responsive. If we had any questions, we would send her a WhatsApp and she would respond straight away.

Pros: Clean, nice room with private bathroom and shared kitchen. Is easy to reach the center of the city, by bus or metro. We thank our host for everything, she is very helpful and nice! We will come back for sure!

Pros: I had an excellent experience during my recent stay in Rome. Our host, Tatiana, was exceptionally helpful—she went above and beyond to explain every detail to ensure our comfort. Mid-stay, she even took the time to clean our room and change our bed sheets, which was greatly appreciated. Every day, we enjoyed a light breakfast featuring biscuits and various other treats that added a delightful touch to our mornings. The apartment also boasts a very organized kitchen, making it convenient for meal preparation. Although the property is a bit removed from the city center, its proximity to metro stations made exploring Rome extremely easy. Overall, the rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone visiting Rome!

Rome stay
Pros: The rooms are new and look very nice (just like in the pictures). I can honestly say that it is the cleanest place I have ever stayed, without any exaggeration. There is also an area where morning coffee and/or breakfast can be served. The apartment is located very close to the bus station and the subway. As for Tatiana, she is a super host. During the 4 days we stayed in the apartment, she took care of every detail and was available for anything.
