Pros: We were wonderfully looked after in every respect. Marco contacted us even before our arrival to recommend the most practical and affordable way to get to his B&B. We received a very warm welcome and were impressed by the amenities, the cleanliness, and the all-round beautiful rooms (even with a balcony). The breakfast was excellent—every morning Marco provided us with fresh cornetti and other delicious treats. Thank you so much for that. The location is fantastic. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. Great restaurants and a beautiful park are within just a five-minute walk. St. Peter’s Square is also only a 20-minute walk away, and even faster by bus. The bus stop is right outside the front door. All in all, we would like to thank Marco once again and we will definitely stay again at his beautiful B&B.

Wonderful stay!

Pros: Marco was such a lovely host , truly going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The location is good: close to the Vatican and well connected to public transport. The bed and breakfast is situated in a safe, quiet part of the city, and you’ll feel at home from the moment you arrive. Recommended for anyone visiting Rome!

Pros: Nice room, nice balcony. Very responsive and helpful owner. I liked it very much. It is better to use buses to get to the center, the metro is further and is not always convenient.

Affordable and perfect for our short stay!

Pros: The room was clean and spacious with fantastic amenities. The location was within walking distance of the metro making for easy travel to popular destinations. The host was fantastic! He provided a smooth check in and offered local recommendations and travel advice. He was always available if we needed help or support. The included breakfast was a great bonus and saved us from traveling for food most mornings.

Nice stay in B&B 474 apartments in Rome.

Pros: Very clean, affordable and calm area. I’d like to thank Marco for everything, he made our stay way more enjoyable! Room is big, has a very beautiful balcony. Nice breakfasts. You can use buses or metro (15 minutes walk) to get to the centre. Overall, it was such a nice experience!

Great value for money, amazing location and very helpful host

Pros: Extremely well located in a very chill neighbourhood, close to the bus station to the airport and other touristic attractions such as the Vatican. But the subway line that goes to many touristic points is also very close. The host was extremely helpful and nice, offering us all the details about public transportation and important touristic areas. Overall, great value for money.

Cons: The apartments are not very well sound insulated.

Pros: Marco is a very nice host. He gave us many good advice on where to eat, where to go and also safety advice. Even it is not in the main tourist location, it is convenient to access the attraction points by public transport. The place is clean and the kitchen equipped with kettle and coffee machine.
