Pros: It was a wonderful experience, especially thanks to the friendly and very responsive staff. They were always helpful, answered all my questions, and made sure all my needs were met quickly and efficiently. The place was clean and well maintained, with a functional kitchen that fully met the purpose of the stay. The location is ideal and beautiful, very close to the train, tram, and bus stops, as well as the weekly Sunday market. The neighborhood is very safe and one of the nicest areas in Rome. Supermarkets and restaurants are just nearby—everything you need is right in front of you. I highly recommend this place. The air conditioning was excellent, hot water was always available, bathroom amenities were provided, and there was a smart TV in the room

Cons: The only downside is the weak sound insulation, as you can hear water pipes and conversations from the neighboring rooms.

Pros: The rooms were very clean and tidy, our sheets and towels changed everyday

Cons: You could hear the persons in the next room. Unfortunately for us the person in the next room snores a lot, it was hard for us to get some sleep

Pros: Excellent value for money for en suite accommodation. Comfortable memory foam mattress. Vert fast WiFi and a smart tv. Room 13 was very quiet. 3 mins walk to the train station. Bus 8 (frequent and free) go to the historic centre from the bus stop a few hundred yards away. City tax 6 euros a night need to be paid in cash. Nice free coffee in the kitchen was very welcome

Pros: This place was near to everything almost 30 minutes away from all the specific and most important locations in town, there is option to take bus in the same street and also is quite near to the Trastevere termini , the room is quite big for two people, the bed is kind of comfortable, cleaning could be better in the bathroom and in the social area where you can find cutlery to share with the guest, besides I can mention that the person who is the principal contact via WhatsApp is always available and kind.

Pros: We had everything we needed, clean room and place for morning coffee.

Cons: Sound isolation was not great. I could hear water in the tubing or conversations from the other rooms.

Nice and clean room, great location

Pros: Everything you expect from a good room and it was really clean. The location was great, only a couple of minutes walking from Trastevere train station, put lots of restaurants, pharmacies, and other stores in the street. Check-in is automatic and worked really well. We could even leave our bags there after check-out.

Pros: The room was clean and comfy. Location was close to both airport train and local trams going to city center. It is very good for people planning to spend time seeing the city.

Posizione ok, bella stanza. Buon prezzo.

Pros: Bella stanza: pulita, spaziosa, con un bell'armadio ed un letto comodo.

Cons: Non era presente un mini frigo in stanza, ma uno comune.

Maravilhosa e confortável

Pros: Ambiente super confortável e próximo à estação de trem, fácil acesso e restaurantes próximo a instalação. Voltarei mais vezes
