Very nice
Pros: The room is really nice, clean and hygienic. The elevators in the building are excellent, giving a feeling of ancient Rome. The owner and the staff are very friendly. The owner told us about the free parking area, and I found a parking space easily, which is very safe. Breakfast is also very plentiful and delivered directly to the room by the staff. All in all, it was a very good travel experience.

Pros: Everything. Close to the train station and tram. Very clean, and they clean the room every morning. The room is very spacious. They are very nice, they give us very good recommendations.

Lovely stay
Pros: It was very easy to find the suites from the Roma Trastevere station, only 200m away. Helena was so welcoming and friendly when we arrived. She made us feel very welcome and gave us great information and advice on getting around and where to eat. The suites are in a very secure building with everything we needed in the rooms. The elevator was amazing.
Cons: The shower was not hot, lukewarm at best. I found the single bed a little on the small side.

Pros: The room was clean and looked exactly as the photos online. Room and bathroom itself was clean, no complaints. I found the bed very comfortable, best sleep in a while. There was good running hot water and good heating for the room.

A comfortable stay with kind hosts and great amenities!
Pros: Our stay at Suites Trastevere was wonderful. Giselle was incredibly kind and helpful, especially with our questions about getting around the city and with her recommendations. The rooms (apartments) are all located on one shared floor, which felt like a bonus for comfort and safety, while still giving us complete privacy. We really appreciated the amenities in our room (Trevi Fountain). Every day we had fresh sheets and towels, a restocked mini fridge, and the bathroom products were topped up. Everything was spotless and very well taken care of. It really felt like coming back to a cosy, clean space after a long day exploring the city. Thank you for hosting us!
Cons: We travelled at the end of November, which is the rainy season, and one thing we noticed was that the water wasn’t extremely hot - warm, definitely, but after a full day out in the rain we were hoping for a very hot and long shower. We mentioned it to Giselle the next morning and she immediately offered to check it, which we truly appreciated. It may simply be a building- wide limitation during the colder months. Still, it was perfectly fine, and the rooms themselves were very warm and comfortable!

We’ll be back!
Pros: Giselle was particularly helpful, arranging a taxi to the airport, recommending eateries and the sights. Our arrival was delayed and we didn’t arrive until after midnight but she told us not to panic and let us in remotely. The envelope with keys and information was where she said it would be. We loved the old-fashioned cage lift and the location. Our room was kept scrupulously clean and twin beds were installed as I requested

Pros: Great communication re arrival etc as it was very late . Beautiful building with quirkiest lift. Great AC , beautiful room, breakfast box complimentary. Owner extremely helpful and pleasant.John , delivered breakfast etc so pleasant and h.elpful 2 min walk from main tram line. Supermarket across the road. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, comfortable bed and exceptional service!
Pros: The location is very easy to get to on the train from the airport or city and easy to get around with the Tram stopping right across the road. I was contacted well in advance of my arrival and given all the information required and then some to find my way around and the room was clean and comfortable, after a long flight it was perfect for what I needed.
Cons: The only downside was that I only had one night in Rome! It would have been the perfect base to stay for longer.
