Pros: Great communication and clear instructions for access to the apartment. 5mins from the train station and easy access via transport to all main attractions or a 30-40 minute walk. Apartment was clean and comfortable

Price performance very good

Pros: The location was very good and check-in and check-out were very easy! The room was nicely decorated and had everything you needed. There was even the option to cook in a common room or to store food in the refrigerator.

Cons: The walls are very thin. That wasn't a problem for me, but you should be prepared for it. Otherwise, the water was very difficult to adjust. It was either scalding hot or freezing cold. And the shower door was slightly broken. But it could still be closed. The bed didn't seem very stable and it creaked.

Pros: Clean Good location near trastevere station Self check in. No hassle, no time wasting checking in I always stay here when I am in Rome

Pros: We appreciated a spacious and tidy room and a cosy common area. It was also well equipped and comfortable enough. The appartment is in a calm and nice quarter further of a centre.

Cons: The kitchen and some kitchen stuff were a bit dirty, however most of necessary kitchen equipment was available. Also it was a bit noisy because of pipeline, which made our sleep difficult sometimes.

Decent place with a very good price not far from the Trastevere train station

Pros: Good location, automatic late check-in was available. The host was very helpful and accommodating to our requests. The place was exceptionally clean with a daily room service provided. There is a small common room with a free tea and coffee always available. Also an option to use the stove and fridge. Wifi was fast and reliable, hot water always available. Bags could be left in the common room for late pickup (locked door, but unguarded area).

Cons: Had problems with check-in, but it got solved eventually. Be prepared that getting responses from the host takes some time (sometimes even hours) so write your questions and wishes early. The installed TV screen was not connected to the cable network. Maybe there was some other Smart TV service installed, we did not even ask as we did not come to Rome to watch TV anyway.

Pros: Affordability. Close to bus station and train. Can reach location easily with accesibity of transport.

Cons: Bed is not so comfy. Aircon is not functioning as described, no remote control- as explained by the hotel, it was government's policy for that season. I just dont understand as it was clearly stated in the facilities that AC is provided, it should be clearly explained in the information that it is seasonal

Pros: The hosts were extremely helpful, the room was spotless and in a very convenient location. I would definitely choose it again for my stay in Rome.

Spacious, clean, accessible

Pros: Spacious, close to transportation and the owner are quick to respond to our questions and messages.

Cons: We couldn't heat water for tea because there was a lot of soap residue inside but it was a very minor thing compared to how responsive the owners were.

Spacious and clean apartment surrounded by lots of public transport options!

Pros: Property was very clean, bright and spacious. There was even house keeping which is great for the affordable price, and the elevator was also a plus with our large suitcases. It was easy to check in and get in and out of the apartment complex. Although it’s a little further away from the main shops and restaurants of Trastevere, it is conveniently surrounded by a variety of public transport options that make getting to anywhere in Rome super easy. The staff were also very accomodating and prompt at answering any messages. We had a great stay!
