Okey for the price

Pros: Balcony, washing machine ! Very nice staff. Coffee available.

Cons: The kitchen in the apartment wasn’t functionable, dirty dishes in the boards, few broken things in the apartment just as for example the curtain pole was ripped out out of the wall, sideboard looks like it came from the trash, the handle to the shower was not existent and broken off so you could not open the door without stretching yourself reaching the top of the shower door. Location-wise a little bit far but completely fine and overall a nice experience if you forgot about the things I mentioned above.

Comfort cleanliness and charm

Pros: The location was so comforting for our first night in Rome. Easy access and such a charming apartment block. Everything is close by. We hired lime scooters to sightsee Rome for our 1 day 2 nights. It was perfect.

Perfect for exploring Rome by foot. Best value for money.

Pros: It was very clean, big enough and equipped with everything necessary. Free coffee and snack. Good and calm area with restaurants. 10 minutes walk from metro station, 40 to the central area.

great place

Pros: All the appliances are in best conditions, clean and confortable. it is a plus to have snack and coffe available. Great place, great buidling, great neighborhood, great service.

Cons: 1. For international visitors ( other than from Europe) can be a problem to make a call to open the building gate. We had arrived from airport with no internet or phone simcard, We were lucky because other B&B Mazzini guest were at building gate at the righ moment. 2. There is a problem with the hot water.... the heater do not start due to the low water flow and pressure at shower.... I am a little clever and in order to get hot water at shower and not fooling arround with the heater control I have to open the hot water at the sink and open the hot watter at shower. Unfortunatelly it method waste water but get the goal.

Pros: The situation was great. Ample parking space around for car parking. The breakfast area always had tea/coffee. And some cookies etc.

Cons: The large room didn't have an air conditioner. The fan speed was very low and didn't really make the room cooler. the weather was hot, thus, inside was very much uncomfortable.

Fantastic stay!

Pros: Very nice location in the piazza at a wonderful area, very near metro but also walking distance to vatican

It was a wonderful experience and made my first solo trip a very pleasant one.

Pros: The proximity to all the tourist hotspots yet it’s location is in a quiet area in town and I had a wonderful night sleeping with the windows open. The hosts were very nice as well leaving snacks on the counter and a well-stocked fridge for their guests

Cons: There was a mini leak in the bathroom but there was an instruction to turn off a tap underneath the sink which I missed however, there was sufficient towels to clean up after myself. :)

Localização excelente, mas deixou a desejar no atendimento

Pros: A localização é excelente, próximo a metrô e ônibus, apenas uma estação de distância do vaticano, com certeza o ponto forte é a localização da acomodação, e o fato de você poder deixar as suas malas no hall antes e após o check-in.

Cons: Infelizmente você precisa ligar para conseguir entrar no prédio, e não tínhamos número de telefone europeu para fazer a ligação, acabamos entrando com sorte com outras pessoas. O login e senha de wi-fi não funcionaram, ficamos apenas com os dados móveis do celular durante todos os dias da viagem, infelizmente. E o suporte por whatsapp não nos atendeu quando chegamos e falamos que não conseguíamos fazer a ligação para entrar no prédio e realizar o check-in.

Pros: La struttura in una buona posizione servita da autobus e a 5 minuti dalla metro. Nelle vicinanze tanti bar e ristoranti

Cons: Nel complesso la struttura era pulita ma i letti scomodi i muri un po' scrostati. Sotto il letto un lettino pieghevole rotto... Tutte cose che con un po' di manutenzione in più sarebbe perfetto.

Weekand a Roma in giro per i mercatini di Natale

Pros: la posizione e la comodità, vicino alla zona del Foro Italico, riscaldamento molto efficiente, vicinissimo alla stazione dei taxi

Cons: Il bagno, che è dotato di una vasca, non essendoci una finestra si nota qualche traccia di condensa...
