Great location and good value!!

Pros: Great location within a ten minute walk of the metro station and close to the Vatican Area. Some great restaurants near by. Cristina (the owner) was really helpful

Perfectly suited our expectations

Pros: Friendly host, clear and easy process and nice place to be. Lovely little kitchen with access to beverages and nice selection of cakes. Was perfect place for me and my little family to stay. Exceptional location!

Pros: It was a comfortable size room with a balcony, AC, fridge and functional bathroom. Everything was basic but clean. The kitchen was stocked with tea and coffee, cake and fruits. You get everything you need!

Pros: The hosts was very supportive and it was warm in the room en January

Cons: The towels were of poor quality, it was unpleasant to use them, and even on clean towels there could be hair that got caught in the fabric of the towel. If you replace the towels with new ones, then everything will be perfect!

Pros: We had a wonderful time! Communication was very smooth from the start. Our host was so welcoming and helped us with everything. The place is in a great spot and the balcony is a huge plus for relaxing!

Excellent location, friendly staff, great breakfast

Pros: The accommodation has an excellent location with a cute balcony, just a 10-minute walk from the Vatican. The breakfast was generous and varied, including croissants, juice, toast, cakes, and coffee. Cristina was extremely helpful throughout our stay, and the kind lady who prepared the breakfasts made truly wonderful mornings for us. We felt very well taken care of and would happily return.

Pros: Best location ! You can easily commute due to the metroline is very close or you can take a walk to Vartican City. From the apartment it takes approximately 4 metro stations to reach the great area next to Trevi with cool restaurants. Best staff! The lady helped us a lot and served us the breakfast, takes care about the cleaning. Moreover ,Christina and Giorgio helped us a lot as well. Very flexible and customer oriented staff.

Quiet and calm location with great host!

Pros: The host was very welcoming when we arrived and showed us around the room and the shared kitchen. There was coffee/water/cake to have for breakfast. You could also leave your luggage there after check-out so we didnt have to drag them around the city as we had a late flight. The rooms were very clean and the bed was super comfy. The location was great, about 20-40min walk to all the sightseeing places. Very residential area.
