Pros: The location is unbeatable, though its central it was not noisy. Very clean and new interiors, the team was very fast in communication. I would definitely stay again.

Pros: The location couldn't be better. Near to all the restaurants and shops. Near to Trevvi Fountain and Spanish steps

Cons: We had some issues with the codes on the doors. We were also woken up with other guests trying to get in their rooms. One member of our group had to get out of bed to let them in!

Lovely guest house in a fantastic location

Pros: Fantastic location! Surrounded by shops and close to restaurants in a pretty street with minimal traffic. Quiet at night. A small guest house. The check-in was easy and staff friendly. We would stay again.

Beautiful room overall in a prime location, perfect for a short&long stay.

Pros: Beautiful room in a stunning location! Staff were lovely in the brief interactions we had. Check in & out was very easy.

Cons: Bed pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable to sleep on most nights. Got quite cold during early mornings and no access to a heater. Shower was quite confusing and tended to spray over the shower into the bathroom itself.

Excellent central location near major Rome sights, with spotless, stylish rooms.

Pros: Absolutely perfect location—just steps from the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and stylish Via del Corso shops, making sightseeing and shopping extremely convenient. The rooms were clean, thoughtfully furnished with comfortable beds, premium bedding, and modern amenities like air conditioning, free Wi-Fi. The host was friendly, responsive and always available via messaging, providing smooth check-in and helpful local recommendations.

Pros: The location is perfect for walking to all the major attractions. It's also close to a lot of bus stops, which we did use (especially when we decided to visit the Vatican). On the back side of the building there is even a supermarket to buy everything you need. The hosts were amazing and answered instantly to any questions we had.

Cons: We don't have any complaints.

Pros: The location of the apartment was perfect! Very convenient for visiting Rome. We were also lucky to have the room next to the interior terrace so it was also very quiet - the noise from the street was not an issues for us.

Pros: Very good location. Close to the center and the metro. The room was clean. The staff is very nice. The rooms are on the third floor but there is an elevator.
