Incredible location and friendly/helpful host, great place to start exploring Rome.
Pros: Incredible placement, could not be better. Severel great gelaterias close by. Frigidarium just down the street, and I recommend other lovers of gelato to also visit Gelateria Del Teatro, which is very close by, and one of the very best gelaterias we found during our stay.
Cons: If you are used to showering while standing up, you will here have to either 1) bend over or 2) sit down in the bath tub as is indended. It is not possible to stand in the bath unless you are a very small person, under 140 cm. or so.

Great place for a great visit to Rome!
Pros: Great location and character property. Loved having fa drink literally outside the front door and being able to walk to much of Rome’s tourist locations. Luca the owner was lovely and took care of us well even offering g umbrellas two days after our arrival when rain was predicted.
Cons: The bathtub, which h was a bitIt hard to get into with a bad knee, but is also part of the character of a property that’s charm comes from making an old property lovely for a modern stay.

Great location and charm, but note the small shower and many stairs.
Pros: We had a great stay at this apartment, which is perfectly located just a short walk from Piazza Navona. The area is full of life, with plenty of charming restaurants and lively little streets to explore. It’s also very easy to reach major tourist attractions on foot. The building itself is quite unique, full of character, and the apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay in the heart of Rome!
Cons: The only downside was the shower, which was very small and not the most comfortable. Also, the house has many stairs, so it might not be suitable for people with limited mobility. That said, our child actually enjoyed these quirky features—it added to the adventure!

Best stay for a visit to Roma
Pros: Property is located in the heart of Rome. Piazza Novona is located close to all of the main attractions and we recommend staying at Behind Navona. Host is very welcoming and helpful.
Cons: The bath might be difficult to use for people with low mobility

Excellent. Luca is an incredible host.
Pros: Location, location, location. Cannot beat it. The street directly outside is quintessential Rome.
Cons: Shower is a bit rough but nothing to be done! Minor quibble!

We had a wonderful stay at Luca's place. He's a great host, he was very helpful
Pros: The place has a lot of character - we loved it! It's in a central location but still rather quiet inside the house. Very high ceilings. We were there in May-June and it was nice and cool inside (we didn't have to use AC)!
Cons: The ceiling over the bathtub is a bit low.

Fantastic
Pros: The location, proximity to food & attractions, great atmosphere of an old Roman flat, safety in the flat (extra gate etc), super approachable host (helped us with food & drink tips, even when asked by What's up and places turned out to be great with delicious food).
Cons: Really hard to think of anything..maybe another pair of keys would be useful, especially when we stayed as a group of 4
