Very good, clean and comfortable stay in the heart of Rome
Pros: The location was perfect - just next to Piazza Navona. There was also comfortable public transport nearby, probably 2-3 min walking. The apartment was big, renovated, 2 bathrooms, everything was super clean and tidy. We had everything we needed. The kitchen had all you might ever need - even coffee capsules for the espresso machine. Communication with the staff was also very good, they are responsive. Almost everything was superb.
Cons: The stairs to the apartment were bad. The building is relatively old and the stairs are half ruined, high one from the other and not easy to climb, especially with luggage. No elevator. The coach was not comfortable for sleeping at all. And it makes super much noise with every single slight movement. The keys were not working properly. It was super difficult to unlock some of the doors. Especially the one on the 3rd floor. Please, change the lock or the keys. We could hardly come in each time. The heating was not good, turns on automatically 2 time per day, then it switches off and it gets cold. Good that it was not super cold outside when we stayed. All the rest was super.

Good value for money.
Pros: Clean and cozy apartment. Very good location, easy to reach other famous places of Rome by walk. Also was very quiet in the apartment as it is located at the inner part of the building.

Pros: La ubicación, muy cerca del Panteón, Plaza España y la Fontana de Trevi. Oferta gastronómica muy buena.

Затишна і гарна квартира з приємними господарями!
Pros: Все відповідає фото. Квартира зручна, тепла. З двома туалетами дуже зручно,коли подорожуєте сімʼєю з 4 людей. На кухні є все для самостійного приготування їжі. Є багато замків,тому відчувається безпека. І дуже тихо,що незвично для центру міста і дозволяє нормально виспатися. Особливо хочу відмітити Матільду, вона дуже привітно нас зустріла та заселила. Дозволили речі залишити раніше часу заселення. Дали підказки, де є магазини і смачні ресторани. Принесли додаткові дві ковдри по нашому бажанню,за що велике дякую!
Cons: Немає ліфту і досить високі сходи, але ми про це знали. Якщо ви з візочком чи маєте проблеми, то вам не підійде.

Estupendo!!!
Pros: Alojamiento en el mismo centro de Roma, en edificio antiguo pero piso reformado con buen gusto. Todo en excelentes condiciones, baños geniales, calefacción muy bien (algo de calor controlable cerrando los radiadores), cocina muy completa y cómoda. Puntuales a la entrada para la entrega de llaves. Repetiremos!!
Cons: Muchas puertas-rejas para acceder, pero eso da seguridad al estar en pleno centro. Escaleras empinadas, pero es comprensible al ser un edificio antiguo.

Alojamiento perfecto
Pros: El apartamento está fenomenal , tal y como muestran las fotos. Super limpio y con todo lo necesario. La ubicaciones ideal, estas cerca de todos los sitios turísticos. Recomiendo encarecidamente este alojamiento.
Cons: Lo único que deberían mejorar son las almohadas, bastante incómodas. Y nosotros que hemos ido en invierno, la calefacción era floja. Pero para dormir no se pasa frío con el edredón

Superbe appartement, emplacement parfait !
Pros: Appartement très bien situé, proche de tous les centres d'intérêt à pied. Bien qu'étant dans une rue très animée (avec plusieurs excellents restaurants), l'appartement est au calme car il donne sur une cour intérieure. L'appartement est propre, moderne et fonctionnel. La literie est bonne. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil : une personne est venue nous remettre les clés et l'appartement étant prêt nous avons pu nous installer 2 heures avant l'heure théorique de check-in.
Cons: L'escalier pour monter au 2ème étage est le point délicat. Pas de problème pour nous mais ne convient pas à des personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer. Point d'amélioration : ce serait bien de mettre du gel douche / shampoing à disposition
