Cons: The bathroom faucet needs to be replaced. (It looks like a luxurious bathroom space. But unfortunately, only the handheld showerhead works, and the water jets are erratic. There's no other way to fix the handheld showerhead. It's in unacceptably bad condition.) The sink drain in the bathroom was clogged. It's an unpleasant situation. There were no pillowcases for the second pillow. We requested one, but they weren't provided.

Amazing location and great value.
Pros: Location location location. And room was clean. Jacopo was very responsive. On Sunday night an opera singer literally beneath the window serenaded us with her beautiful voice- great way to end the trip.
Cons: Would have like shampoo and shower was funky to use. Was a bit loud on Saturday night but brought earplugs so it was fine. Had a little problem finding the address- the restaurant and hotel adjacent to the property would have been helpful to find it.

Excellent location, friendly, helpful staff. Apartment was very clean and comfortable.
Pros: Very close to many tourist attractions and restaurants! Jacopo was very helpful and friendly.
Cons: Very noisy outside our particular apartment on a couple of occasions but it did not last throughout the night which was a relief.

Great location; comfortable room; very welcoming and accommodating host
Pros: The location was exceptional. The Metro was very close by and there were many attractions within a short walk, such as the Spanish Steps and the Medici Villa. There were even more things to see within a twenty minute walk (the Borghese Gardens, the Capuchin Monastery, Triton Square and so on). There was a taxi stand literally right outside the front door.
Cons: It was noisy at night from the piazza. A gang of young people frequently hung around the lower exit door. We avoided that exit after the second time. Construction started across the way every morning at 7:00 a.m. Some fixtures in the suite were broken, like the heat lamp (?) in the bathroom. The place could use some fresh paint.

Awesome apartment, central to everything you want to go visit.
Pros: What an awesome location, cute little apartment. Central to everything! Host was kind and offered plenty for breakfast.
Cons: It is only minor, pillows need to be replaced. And the mirror at the end of the bed can go lol.

Nice one-week stay in Rome
Pros: The apartment's location is great - it is within walking distance from most of the major tourist attractions of Rome. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped. Provided food items and mid-stay cleaning service are a nice bonus :)

Pros: We loved the location - right at the top of the Spanish steps and very close to the Spagna metro stop. We loved the aesthetic of the apartment and the care taken by Jacopo to provide for our stay, including the breakfast on offer. It was also good value for money.

We had a great time in Rome, staying at this cosy apartment at the best location!
Pros: The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast, great coffee machine, we just bought the extra we needed from a supermarket nearby. The location is great, just by the Spanish Steps, but the apartment is quiet and cosy. Also, the hosts had made their reference guide to good restaurants and other things that was very helpful in wonderful Rome.
Cons: We liked it all, but some light bulbs where out and the shower was working but needed some maintenance.

We liked the apartment, worth the price, excellent location
Pros: Excellent location of the apartment, large and pleasant apartment, entrance to the building only with a key, so the feeling is very safe
Cons: There are a lot of stairs to get in and out of the apartment

Amazing Apartment right at the Spanish steps
Pros: Anything you need for your stay is there, bed was comfy washroom awesome ,the location was 10 out of 10 Very clean 👌 also water was in the fridge ,cheese and ham and some other snacks which it came handy, will definitely stay there again
Cons: Not that I didn't like we expected it from Italy but few stairs and no elevators for some its ok but when you have heavy luggage it's annoying, on arrival we got help so it wasn't that bad
