Well-equipped, very warm and friendly host, and a stunning apartment, love it

Pros: This is one of the best-equipped apartments I’ve ever stayed in. The host made sure to provide absolutely everything needed for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. The apartment itself is truly beautiful and spotlessly clean. Communication with the host was also very smooth and efficient.

Cons: What bothered me was the loud neighbors, but I believe that’s something beyond the host’s control. Besides that, it might have just been an unusual period.

Tutto sommato, piacevole, confortevole, quasi come a casa.

Pros: E' una zona tranquilla, poco rumorosa. Posizione un poco decentrata, ma ci si muove facilmente con il trasporto pubblico, raggiungendo la stazione di Trastevere e da lì varie destinazioni.

Cons: Doterei la casa di un pò più di biancheria per la cucina, mollette per stendere. Sono cose che nell'immediato non si comprano.

Nel complesso gradevole.

Pros: Un po' decentrata ma ci si può spostare facilmente con i mezzi pubblici.

Cons: Mancava qualcosina di essenziale, come un tappetino della doccia, magari anche una bottiglia di acqua in frigo. Darei la possibilità agli ospiti di poter scegliere letto matrimoniale/letti singoli.

Nice place to stay while exploring Rome independently and with a loose itinerary.

Pros: The espresso machine and the complimentary tabs was a great touch, especially for the first few days while we got our bearings around the area. Balcony was also nice to go out to in the mornings for a nice dose of light. We also really liked the bathroom and the shower. There is a Carrefour 7-8 minute walk down the hill and there was a great bakery across the street from it. It seems like the property is located in a typical Roman neighborhood so it was quiet and we did not really see other tourists. To get to the sites we usually had to make one transfer on the bus, so we were generally at our destination in about 50 min and this we did not mind because we got to see more of everyday Rome. Everything was as described and fulfilled our expectations. Overall the property was a good value.

Cons: Nothing really.. maybe a smaller cutting board as the counter space is limited.
