Great location for visiting Rome both long or short

Pros: Spacious apartment was extremely clean and comfy Good strong wifi 2 tv 2 bathrooms and wardrobe As a addition secure parking space whine closed gate Air con in every single room

Roma is sweet, and with Fiqus it becomes very sweet.

Pros: It was a very comfortable and clean flat, a quiet neighborhood, and a nice host. Thanks a lot Fiqus. I give you 20/10.

Cons: We had to take two buses to get to the Roma center.

Doporučuji- spokojenost

Pros: Čistý, útulný apartman ve druhém patře, bylo v něm vse, co jsme potřebovali. Ceníme pohodlne matrace.

Cons: Hluk v noci a v brzkých ranních hodinách (řešeno s majitelem).

Casa accogliente e pulita

Pros: La casa è molto accogliente, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Nonostante non si trovi in una zona centralissima, si raggiunge facilmente il centro utilizzando i bus.

Cons: Nulla

Très bel appartement avec tout le confort !

Pros: Le confort, l’espace, la propreté, le kit de démarrage

Cons: La distance du centre ville , parfois compliquée à gérer, surtout le soir (manque de bus).

Cozy and spacious with charming balcony

Pros: Very comfortable and cozy apartment, the balcony and view was so pretty. Everything was provided, even 2 bottles of water for us when we arrived late and stores were closed. Very nice host, and so much space in the apartment. The neighborhood felt so friendly as well, with just a few minutes drive to the center of Rome. Would definitely stay again, felt like i lived in Rome rather than a tourist.

Cons: The fact there was available parking for us was great, but the space was a little small and it was kind of difficult to get the car in and out but we got used to it by the last day.

Pros: Polecam z całego serca! Czysto, schludnie i bezproblemowa obsługa. Piękne miejsce , blisko komunikacja miejska -autobus, którym w 15-20 min dojeżdżamy do metra . Cicha oklica, zamknięta i ogrodzona posesja, miejsce parkingowe na miejscu w cenie. Dużym plusem są dwie łazienki , garderoba i duży balkon. Jeśli ponownie będę w Rzymie to wrócę do Fiqusa.

Vacanza romana in un appartamento accogliente e confortevole

Pros: Appartamento nuovo e spazioso, in un posto ideale. Fermata del pullman a distanza di 3 minuti a piedi. Parcheggio garantito e servizi raggiungibili a piedi. La casa offre tutte le possibili comodità oltre ad un posto molto silenzioso, sebbene l'appartamento fosse molto vicino alla strada principale.

Pros: Obiekt zgadza się z opisem. Do każdego pokoju przypisana jest łazienka. Lokal dysponuje dużą ilością ręczników na osobę, dodatkowo zapewniają mydełka, szampony, róże rodzaje kaw i herbat.

Cons: Do najbliższego przystanku autobusowego ponad 10 minut marszu
