Pros: Very nice bright apartment, has a balcony and everything you need from kitchens staff (only the wine corkscrew was broken 😏). The check-in was without any problems, the keys were in the box. It's not the most remote location, there's grocery store nearby, but there's no cafe, and it's about 25-30 minute walk to Termini. It is easy to find an empty parking place in the paid street parking area below.

Cons: The only drawback is very strong audibility and very loud neighbors ! It's like people are walking and talking in the apartment.

A modern and comfortable home base for your Rome adventures

Pros: The apartment was well-designed, spacious, clean and included all essential facilities. It was well-situated to public transport as well!

Cons: Nothing, really - maybe just the lack of soundproofing. The noise didn’t bother us, but it’s something to consider if you are a light sleeper.

Pros: Great apartment that really felt like a home away from home and had everything we needed. It is a little further out from the main sights but was still a great apartment and had good food and gelato options around.

Great place, noisy neighbors

Pros: Everything was great — except for the noise. The apartment is modern, newly renovated, very clean, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth — we picked up the keys right at the entrance. The location is convenient with public transport nearby. But the noise level was intense. I had to sleep with earplugs for the first time in my life (actually, not a bad solution — I now recommend bringing them on trips!). Overall, a very nice place, but just be prepared for the noise.

Pros: A beautiful, modern apartment, clean and cosy, close to the centre of Rome

Cons: The neighbours that screamed, jumped and slammed the doors the entire night in both nights

Rome is always a good idea!

Pros: The place is new, equipped with everything necessary for an apartment, clean, cute, comfortable, spacious. I was impressed by the separate small room for clothes and luggage. There was an elevator in the building. The neighborhood is bustling, a lot of young people, places to eat - restaurants and fast food or just to have coffee. There is a supermarket just around the corner.

Cons: Next to the building there was a bar where many people was gathering till late night, especially during the weekend. Despite the place is facing the inner yard, it was still noisy. In addition we had too loud neighbors for two of the nights, don't know if they are permanent residents/tenants. I am aware that non of this depends on the host, but just sharing an impression.

Pros: Very very nice apartment. Amazing location, super clean, and very nice host. Took care of everything. This is the best value you can get in Roma, in my opinion.

Cons: Almost everything was perfect. There were some little instances but resolved quite quickly due to good communication. The only thing is that the apartment is quite noisy, but this is not the fault of the owner.

Honestly, I didn't even want to leave an apartment! Everything inside is done with soul and heard!

Pros: I give 10 points for the incredibly cozy stay in the apartment. Absolutely new, clean, bright apartment with a balcony that overlooks the courtyard. The owners made sure that there were all the amenities of the stay, right down to the slippers like in a hotel. I am very happy with my choice and will definitely recommend it to my friends. There is a bar next to the apartment and a supermarket around the corner. Inexpensive restaurants and cafes are within a two-minute walk. The owner of the apartment is very nice and always in touch. Finding the keys to the apartment was not a problem. The owner took care of our arrival time in advance. I am incredibly grateful to her!

Cons: There are no disadvantages! The apartment is simply amazing!

Pros: Wygodne i czyste. Łazienka wystarczająco duża, kuchnia wystarczająco wyposażona, mieszkanie wystarczająco duże. Łóżka wygodne (choć nieco krótkie), ogrzewanie działa bez zarzutu. A parasole w szufladzie uratowały nam pobyt.

Cons: Codzienne awantury za ścianą to jakiś dramat. Pijany facet wrzeszczy, kobieta krzyczy, czlowiek się zastanawia, czy oni tylko się kłócą, czy biją. Patologia.

Pros: Appartement cosy, superbement décoré. Bon emplacement et bien desservi par les transports. Check-in hyper simple et rapide. Une très bonne adresse pour un court ou long séjour à Rome !

Cons: Lavabo sdb bouché entraînant de mauvaises odeurs mais qui n'entâche en rien notre séjour.
