Pros: The best choice we could have made for our stay in Rome. Beautiful apartment, even better than the pictures! Very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable with all amenities provided for a short or long term stay. Luigi is a friendly and thoughtful host, always available to reach and all communications with him were very professional. The apartment is located in a nice neighbourhood with easy access to all attractions either by public transport (bus stops right outside the house, metro 10min walking), although we mainly enjoyed walking to most of the sights and the historic centre. Highly recommended. La Finestra Verde and Luigi's apartment will definitely be our first choice for our next visit to Rome! Thank you for a lovely stay Luigi!

Pros: Everything was more than great! All the time I thought that the apartment has more facilities even than my own home. The owner Luigi was very helpful in all the possible hours Definitely will return if ever visit Rome again. The location was great, quiet neighborhood and you can reach the Trastevere area very easily!

Lovely, relaxing, luxe.
Pros: Very luxe apartment with lovely natural light and great inclusions. The host (Luigi) is genuinely wanting his guests to have a good experience.
Cons: I’ve mentioned to Luigi that the inability to control the central heating was a negative, despite his offer to contact him to request changes that could only be done remotely

Pros: The size of the apartment, its comfort and the brightness make you want to stay longer! Pictures are totally accurate, modern intelligent Tv, very well equipped. Metro station nearby as well as a bus terminal with many lines bringing you easily in the center and elsewhere. Quiet neighborhood and a grocery store just in front! Host very caring!

Quando le aspettative non superano la realtà,anzi la realtà è ancora più soddisfacente 😁!
Pros: Il proprietario di casa è stato gentile e disponibile, ancor prima del nostro arrivo. Durante il soggiorno sempre disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta riguardante la gestione della casa. Casa dotata di ogni confort,aria condizionata già accesa Prima del nostro arrivo,tecnologia che ha reso il nostro soggiorno molto gradevole come il robot aspirapolvere,Alexa, Netflix tutti servizi che non ci hanno fatto sentire nostalgia di casa😁. Pulizia impeccabile e al nostro arrivo abbiamo anche trovato acqua fresca e una bottiglia di prosecco che abbiamo ben gradito. La casa è vicina ad un supermercato super fornito, aperto con orario continuato,bar e attività di ristorazione eccellenti. La disponibilità e preoccupazione nei nostri riguardi,da parte del proprietario di casa, dall'inizio alla fine del nostro soggiorno,ci ha donato serenità e tranquillità in questo soggiorno romano.

Pros: En arrivant, le quartier et la situation de l'appartement dans un immeuble assez cossu proche des commerces et transports. L'accueil très cordial de LUIGI. Ensuite la clarté de l'appartement, sa configuration (photos sur le site correspondant à la réalité), sa décoration sobre et chic, sa grande propreté et toutes les fournitures mises à disposition.
Cons: Rien. S'il y avait une petite amélioration à apporter, bien que tout soit prévu pour concocter de bons repas, peut-être un micro ondes pour des personnes, comme mon mari et moi, qui ne cuisinons pas en vacances.
