Modern and well located apartment in safe neighbourhood

Pros: Apartment well equipped in modern style, minimalistic but effective. Very close to the bus hub or few minutes to the metro but walking distance to all POI or football stadium. Located on the top of supermarket and few steps to bars and restaurants it makes our first choice also for future.

Pros: Mieszkanie w spokojnej okolicy, 100m do pętli autobusowej ,z której można podjechać np do Koloseum czy w 5 min do Bazyliki. Pieszo do Watykanu 15 min.Wyposażenie bez zbędnych łapaczy kurzu, łatwo utrzymać czystość. Brak czajnika rekompensowalismy grzaniem wody na herbatę w mikrofali. Balkon od wschodu, suszarka, warto zabrać kapsułki do prania. Supermarket PIM w pobliżu, dobrze zaopatrzony. Za zakrętem na Via Carlo Grabau piekarnia, kawiarnia, bar. Bardzo sympatyczny właściciel Lorenzo 😄 Będziemy wracać 😃

Pros: Отличная квартира в очень хорошем месте . Рядом остановка нескольких автобусов на которых можно легко добраться до всех достапримечаткльностей города , удобная кровать . В квартире есть всё необходимое для проживания . Кухня оборудована всем необходимым.Очень чисто. В доме на первом этаже находится супермаркет. Лёгкое заселение.

Cons: Дом находится на оживлённой улице поэтому довольно шумно. В ванной мог бы быть хоть какой то шампунь и гель для душа . Ну и не было чайника. В остальном всё было отлично

A Good Apartment in a Very Convenient Location

Pros: The apartment is large and sunny. It is located right above a large supermarket where you can buy everything. The host is nice and helped to store my luggage while we were away for two nights to Napoli (we stayed twice here 6 +4 nights). The bed is large and comfortable. The kitchen has all the basic utensils one needs for a breakfast or simple meals. The best thing I like this place is its location- it is near a bus terminal that has many buses that go to almost all places in Rome.

Cons: Someone commented that the apartment is of minimalist style. I found it to be true. Unlike some other apartments we stayed on this trip in Italy and Spain, this one does not provide more than basic stuff. For example, there is a coffee machine. But one has to buy bottled water (Rome tap water is very hard and the coffee water tank is stained with calcium residue) and casters. Also lacking is an electrical kettle. Also, during our stay, some neighbors were quite noisy at night.

Pros: Apartamento amplo, bem arejado e muito bem localizado (10 min do metrô do Vaticano). Tem um supermercado embaixo do prédio que nos salvou. O anfitrião Lorenzo nos recebeu muito bem e estava sempre disponível quando precisávamos tirar alguma dúvida.

Pros: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Estancia perfecta en Roma El apartamento Vaticane Terrace es realmente encantador. Está cuidado con mucho detalle, muy limpio, cómodo y con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. La terraza es preciosa y perfecta para descansar después de un día de visitas por Roma. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del Vaticano y bien comunicada con el resto de la ciudad. Además, la tranquilidad de la zona hace que la estancia sea aún más agradable. El anfitrión ha sido excepcional: atento, disponible en todo momento y con una gran hospitalidad, lo que ha hecho que nuestra experiencia fuera todavía mejor. Sin duda, lo recomendamos al 100% y volveríamos sin pensarlo en nuestra próxima visita a Roma.

Pros: Appartamento carino, fornito di tutto, in un bel palazzo, in una zona tranquilla, comodo per raggiungere stadio olimpico a piedi per concerti o eventi sportivi. Vari parcheggi a pagamento nelle immediate vicinanze, un supermercato e bar sotto casa.

Cons: La stazione della metro non vicinissima 10-15 minuti a piedi.
