Pros: The apartment is convenient, clean, pleasant and bright.

Cons: Upon arrival, we initially had difficulty with the electronic lock. However, the owner promptly responded to our call and offered to come and assist in unlocking it.

Pros: Apartament location is great, nice neighbourhood and Silvio (owner) is very nice, helpful. Approx. 15 min walk to underground, 20 min walk to Vatican, grocery store nearby. Apartment is awesome,clean and comfortable.

Pros: Ideal location of the apartments. Rome city center is a 20-minute walk away. Beautiful area. Near the apartment there is a good supermarket and delicious pizza. Very stylish apartment, equipped with everything you need for a long stay. Silvio is a responsive and friendly host. I came to meet in person, was always in touch and ready to help in various matters. Grazie mille Silvio!

Pros: Posizione eccellente, appartamento delizioso, zona ottima, vicino a tutto. Salone/cucina spaziosissimo, bagno nuovo, molto pulito, doccia ottima! Stanza da letto grande, letto comodissimo.

Un soggiorno perfetto, da ripetere!

Pros: Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti indimenticabili in questo splendido B&B. La struttura è incantevole, curata in ogni dettaglio e immersa in un contesto tranquillo ma comodo per raggiungere alcuni posti a piedi. Le camere sono pulitissime, luminose e arredate con gusto, creando da subito un’atmosfera accogliente. La posizione è davvero strategica: in 25 minuti a piedi si raggiungono sia lo stadio Olimpico che i Musei Vaticani e Piazza San Pietro, il che rende questo B&B ideale sia per chi desidera rilassarsi sia per chi vuole esplorare la città. Un plauso speciale al proprietario, gentilissimo e sempre disponibile: la comunicazione è stata impeccabile sin dal primo contatto, con risposte rapide e consigli preziosi che hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo sotto ogni punto di vista. Torneremo sicuramente!

Consigliabile, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo

Pros: Posizione per la mia meta top!!! Vicino stadio Olimpico. Possibilità del parcheggio..tanti posti. Letto comodo. Struttura elegante e ben tenuta. Zona con traffico sostenuto, insonorizzazione delle finestre, ottima..non si sentiva rumore.

Cons: Non ci sono elementi negativi.
