Gorgeous location with plenty of room.

Pros: The property was spacious & well located - clean & overall a great stay! Loved that soap was provided too as after a long flight you don’t want to pop to the shops.

Cons: I wasn’t aware it was more of a boarding room house with just the kitchen for everyone to sit together, would be nice to remove that curtain & put a dinning room table in there!

Everything was really nice

Pros: The Location was perfect Transportation was nearby Beds were comfortable Kitchen had a lot of supplies

Cons: The bidet-water was too hot A hospital was nearby so there were a lot of ambulances but ist was fine, it wasn't noisy

Excellent - highly recommended!

Pros: Excellent location! Amazing city views! The apartment is beautiful, very clean and well organised. The rooms are spacious and full of light. There is a kitchen with a Nespresso machine and all kitchenware, bottle opener and wine glasses. Coffee pods, milk, sugar, crispbread and little jams were provided. There is also a sitting room by the entrance. Bathrooms were clean with shampoo and shower gels provided. Very friendly owners. Complementary option to drop bags a few hours before the check-in and also to collect them after the check-out was kindly offered.

Cons: There was some noise on Saturday night during all night, but this is probably expected for this central location and this time of the year (April). Towels had a weird smell, but the owners are happy to look into this.

Cons: El olor a húmedo de las toallas y que fueran muy delgadas y duras.

C'était parfait. Si nous retournons à Rome, nous aimerions louer au même endroit. Je le recommande.

Pros: L'emplacement est vraiment parfait. Nous avions l'appartement au complet. C'était l'idéal pour notre groupe. Vraiment bien situé. Distance de marche de tout le centre de Rome. C'était très bien. Plusieurs meubles/accessoires antiques. Je recommande fortement.

Cons: La douche de la salle de bain commune a besoin d'être changée ou réparée (les portes surtout qui ne ferment pas complètement). Peut-être ajouter quelques ustensiles de cuisine, par exemple des couteaux coupants. Réparer les dossiers de 2 chaises antiques et les assises du divan et du fauteuil. Mais c'est minime comme irritants. Ça ne m'empêcherait pas d'y retourner.

Pros: appartement bien situé, beaucoup de quartiers accessibles à pied ou en bus; Clim appréciable pendant la canicule, isolation sonore tb . belle vue.

Cons: une plus grande table pour déjeuner en famille

Séjour en famille.

Pros: Emplacement parfait pour visiter le Vatican. L'appartement est agréable et les chambres sont confortables. L'entrée par code est assez pratique.

Cons: Il n'y a pas vraiment de pièce à vivre afin de se retrouver entre amis ou en famille, ne serait-ce que pour le petit déjeuner.

Our second time and still the same remarkable stay for us

Pros: Location really excellent. Walking distance to the Vatican and to Trastevere. Nice view with all the windows in all rooms including the kitchen. Spacious with 4 bedrooms. Hoping the host will upgrade mattresses and pillows but, as they were, those in place were still comfortable to use. spacious bathroom but hoping host will consider upgrading to more spacious shower area/cubicle. Generous supply of biscuits, milk, coffee pods, and tea so we had what we needed for a quick breakfast.

Cons: Towels had a funny smell so maybe this is just a matter of changing detergent or manner of drying.
