Pros: Very clean, immediate replies from host, availability of laundry room, excellent location close to landmarks.

Cons: The inside was different from photos shown, not much lighting inside as shown..the toilet seat in main bathroom was broken. Twin bedroom could provide better matress than the thin ones.

Pros: The place is quiet and very clean + great communication with the host. Water in the fridge, comfortable beds and warm duvet. Close to Vatican and busy places on the other side of the river.

Cons: The entrance and the staircase doesn’t look very promising + walking up on the 3rd floor on these narrow stairs isn't very convinient

Pros: Location was great. Contact with owner/manager Excellent. Very caring owner. Easy key pick up. Płace with character.

Cons: During our presence owner came to repaire the toilet and didnt let Is know. No problem for us but very narrow and not easily accessable stairs. Clean but smelly toilet.

Pros: Great location to explore the city. Very easy to checkin ans excellet comunication with the owner.

Cons: Take in mind there is no elevator with narrow stairs. Double beds are confortable. Single beds don´t.

Pros: The apartment was comfortable and had almost everything we needed. Kitchen was comfortable, as well as the dining area.

Cons: Could have used better lighting in the living room, a fan in the bedroom, and cold water in the shower (somehow it seems to be connected to hot water only...)

Perfekt

Pros: Die Wohnung war perfekt! Der Vatikan und die Altstadt waren problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen, die anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten konnte man gut mit dem Bus ( Haltestelle sehr nahe am Haus) besuchen. Buchung und Kommunikation liefen super. Wir haben uns in dieser sehr schönen, sehr sauberen , sehr gut eingerichteten und ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt !

Pros: Ottima gestione della struttura. Gentili, disponibili e pronti a rispondere alle esigenze dei clienti. Struttura molto pulita, ampia, con molti confort come doppio bagno in stanza e condizionatori in ogni ambiente. Posizione ottima, vicina anche al Bambino Gesù di piazza Sant' Onofrio. Ottima esperienza.

Cons: Unica pecca, la scala per raggiungere l'appartamento è a chiocciola, un po' scomoda da fare con valigie e con bambini. Noi l'abbiamo fatta senza problemi.

Pros: Le camere grandi e accoglienti, la posizione eccezionale Ampi i bagni Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli al check out

Cons: Consiglio una piccola revisione di alcuni mobili ma soprattutto delle finestre e controfinestre e la pulizia approfondita dei lampadari :)

Pros: La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Appartamento ben posizionato in zona Vaticano / Trastevere, ottimo per pulizia e confort. Assolutamente raccomandato.

Cons: unico problema non c'è l'ascensore, ma per il resto tutto molto pulito ed efficiente.
