Pros: Mieszkanie w spokojnej dzielnicy, pod blokiem sklepy, restauracje oraz przystanki autobusowe umożliwiające w 20-25 min dotarcie do centrum. Mieszkanie duże 2 pokoje, 2 łazienki oraz kuchnia z wyposażeniem, pozostałe pomieszczenia wyłączone z użytkowania. W jednym dużym pokoju klimatyzacja.

Gran ubicación

Pros: La ubicación es buenísima, un barrio donde hay de todo todos los días de lunes a domingo. Es muy espacioso y soleado.

Cons: Se oye mucho los coches y sirenas a pesar de ser un 4º,no tenía microondas, y el horno hacía bajar los plomos. Creo que debería la persona encargada en limpiar hacer especial hincapié en las mamparas y platos de ducha, en la cocina de gas, los rellenos de nórdicos deberían de estar dentro de una funda nórdica, ya que al estar sin nada se salen las plumas y dan mala imagen, pareciendo que está sucia la estancia. Y por último si alquilas coche es un poco desesperante el aparcar debajo, pero hay una zona súper cerca de parking gratuito andando a tan sólo 2 minutos.
