Pros: It is a great apartament, spacious and clean, equipped with evertything necessary for your stay. The location is also good, even if it seems a bit further from the major objectives in Rome, is well connected with buses, but is also a walkable area for a long relaxing walk towards the center. The communication with the host was prompt and easy.

Cons: The door is sometimes hard to be opened with the key.

Pros: We stayed 5 days in this property as a family with 3 children’s. The owner, sorry didn’t get his name but he is really helpful and kind. Whenever we need him just message him on whatsapp and he will be at the property less than 10mins. The place is very clean and what we love most they have AC which is what we need at over 35 degrees. The property closed to bus stop and lots of small shops around, restaurants and cafes. We really recommend this place.

Pros: We had a wonderful 4-night stay in this spacious apartment in Rome. The apartment is very comfortable, with two bedrooms and a living room, perfect for families. The host, Sabrina, was extremely kind and welcoming — she provided us with coffee, water, some delicious wafers, and even a new high chair for our child. The location is excellent, close to a bus station, with shops, supermarkets, and cafés nearby. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back in the future. Highly recommended! Pros: Excellent apartment having everything you need. The owner is very friendly meeting us at the location and welcoming us with some cookies, coffee capsules and tea. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby and the city center is 20 minutes by bus.

Great little apartment in Rome

Pros: Beautiful, modern, self-contained apartment. It was clean and aesthetic. The staff were easy and quick with communication. We booked this accommodation purely for a place to stop, freshen up and rest before flying out that same night. However we wished we had found this place for when we were initially staying in Rome. There is also a lift at the property!

Cons: It is a bit of a distance to get to the main attractions, too far to walk.

Pros: The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated, and the hosts were really friendly and helpful. They were quick to respond and even helped us out when we had an issue in the city. We really appreciated their support. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Nice Comfortable Stay in A Really Spacious Apartment.

Pros: Very Clean , Spacious and Perfect for a group. Excellent AC in the bedrooms making them nice and cool to sleep in the extreme summer heat. Plenty of towels, linen and extra blankets provided. The washing machine and drying rack came in super useful as we changed outfits a lot due to the heat outside. Bedroom mattresses were very comfortable. Tea and coffee provided and small snacks. Two balcony areas which was nice to avoid the sun at different times of the day. Elevator to the apartment floor was great. Really close to Supermarket, Pharmacy and Restaurants. We ate in the Spiga and Farina most nights which had beautiful authentic Italian food and was super cheap as it’s not a tourist area.

Cons: Three things that I think could be a nice addition are , AC in the living area would have been nice as it got very hot in there throughout the day. Sofa bed was a little uncomfortable so maybe a better one would be a good addition and no outdoor chairs or table on the balcony so an addition of those would have been perfect for the evening times. Make sure to do research on transport to the attractions such as Vatican, Colosseum Etc as these are about a 15 minute drive away.

Pros: Everything was beautiful and amazing.All the little Special touches appreciated.

Cons: Perhaps some ice and drinking glasses / wine glasses could be provided for guests in the breakfast area. Would have loved to sit in the garden having a bottle of wine . But we did visit the recommended restaurant close by.

Perfect location- close to the center

Pros: Very clean n tidy. The host , Mr R, was very quick to respond and attended to our needs promptly. Location was excellent for public transport. Close to supermarkets.Very secure and much recommended.

Pros: Property was only a 10€ taxi into the edge of Rome so was ideal, was local places to eat and drink around that where cheaper then the city, apartment it’s self was beautiful and well kept and very spacious
