Pros: Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. Communication with the owner was smooth and flawless, truly exemplary. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood with very easy access to public transportation (about a 3-minute walk). There are plenty of cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby. Another great advantage is the proximity to Trastevere station, which can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes. Everything was perfect, I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity.

A great place to stay in Rome!

Pros: We stayed at Casetta Marconi Trentotto for a few days and were very pleased. The apartment is clean, well equipped and decorated simply and neatly - the place looks better, brighter as in the pictures. The place also has a well-equipped kitchenette. The location is very good, a quiet area only 20 min by bus from the center - there is also a metro station nearby (about 30 min walk, there are also buses) so it is really easy to get to the center of Rome. There are stores, restaurants and cafes in the area. The host was very helpful and contactable, provided us with all the information we needed about the property and the area. I recommend this place as a very comfortable accommodation in Rome!

Cute, cozy apartment with great owner

Pros: the owner is very friendly and caring, always in touch and helps with questions. the room is clean, cozy, the neighbors did not distorb. a safe area to live with the locals. there are necessary shops and coffee shops nearby. we are lovers of walking and it was not confused by the distance to the centre and it was comfortable road. the room had everything you need in the kitchen, dishes, refrigerator.

Cons: we didn't use the balcony because there is a view of the neighboring building, but this is not critical

Pros: hosts were very friendly and helpful but did not speak english location was good with lots of shops, and transportation options

Pros: Marco was a great host. Even though we arrived way before the check in time, he kept our luggage until the apartment was prepeared.

Great studio and amazing hosts !

Pros: Marco and Alessio were really lovely and accommodating! They allowed us to come and drop of our suitcases before check in time and recommended a good pizza place nearby. They left us some goodies on the table and drinks in the fridge as well. I messaged Marco halfway through the week to let him know the pay-as-you-go wifi had ran out and 20 min later it was sorted. The studio itself was super clean and has just been refurbished so looked really good. Couldn't recommend more.

Cons: The walls are quite thin so we were woken up around 8am in the morning when people from the flats on each side of us went to work.

The place is perfect for what I wanted.

Pros: The apartment is close to supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. Easy to get to Trastevere station & Fiumcino airport.

Consigliato per coppie con figlio/a di età che va da 0 fino all'adolescenza

Pros: Per la colazione avevamo a disposizione solo caffè in capsule ed era discreto come gusto, abbastanza sufficiente come quantità. La posizione era ottima, infatti era stata scelta perché vicino all'abitazione delle nostre figlie.

Cons: Sicuramente la colazione potrebbe essere migliorata e qui lascio alla fantasia del responsabile, considerando che la struttura è situata nella Capitale d'Italia location conosciuta in tutto il mondo per il cibo.

Pros: Un séjour parfait ! L’appartement est très propre, bien équipé et parfaitement situé. Tout est conforme (voire mieux) que sur les photos. L’hôte est très accueillant, disponible et réactif. Je recommande à 100 % et je reviendrai sans hésiter
