We’re satisfied.

Pros: The place is neat and clean. All the necessary things is well provided. Easy access to some supermarkets etc. They are public parking available and also paid parking that worth 20€ for 12hrs.

Cons: It’s a bit cold. There’s an AC that has a heater option but it was not enough to warm the place.

The space was just as advertised. We enjoyed the local places to eat.

Pros: Thank you for accommodating an early check in! There was great communication, the place was clean, and we never heard any noise from neighbors.

Cons: It was a bit of a walk to the metro. For the affordable price of the residence, it was a good trade off.

Bene ma si può migliorare con poco

Pros: Ambiente moderno, zona tranquilla e ottimale per le nostre esigenze, facile da trovare seguendo le accurate indicazioni.

Cons: Le pulizie potrebbero essere migliori, si consiglia di dotare la casa di almeno un ventilatore purtroppo il solo condizionatore non è sufficiente per tutto l'ambiente. Una tv in più non guasterebbe.

Pros: comfort alto in relazione al prezzo pagato appartamento praticamente nuovo WiFi e TV di ultima generazione bagno top letti e divano nuovi come tutto il resto parcheggio sotterraneo 2€-h oppure 10€-24h molto comodo a 1 minuto a piedi

Cons: un po' lontano dalla prima fermata metro, ma in macchina 5 minuti e sei alla fermata Garbatella dove ho sempre trovato parcheggio.

Pros: Die Unterkunft liegt außerhalb der Stadt, jedoch ist die Bushaltestelle gleich daneben und mit der Linie 170 ist die Innenstadt gut erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war sehr gut. Es war sehr sauber und die Einrichtung sehr neu! Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr einfach und unkompliziert! Preis- Leistung sehr gut!
