Pros: The location was excellent, with a beautiful view of the Vatican from our terrace that made the stay even more special. The welcome was warm and friendly, and Davide took the time to check us in without making us feel rushed. He was available for any questions and made us feel very comfortable from the start. The apartment had everything you could possibly need and more, making it a perfect place to stay.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like

Pros: Davide was very accommodating and understanding. The place is very comfortable. Shops are nearby and accessible to transport.

Very comfortable stay in a chic Rome apartment

Pros: Tastefully renovated apartment. 2 full bathrooms. It was very comfortable and in a location out of the tourist crowds but still close enough to walk most places ( and very close to the Vatican). Many restaurants and supermarkets within 10 minutes walk. Davide was a great host.

Cons: Only negative was lack of a lounge space - so you need to relax in the bedrooms.

Pros: Location was perfect close to station and city. Appartment was very comfortable for us.

Disappointing.

Pros: There was no breakfast provided. There was only a dirty coffee machine with no instructions for the use of the coffee machine. There was no information about nearby breakfast locations or vouchers to get breakfast nearby. The coffee machine was difficult to use as it needed to have limescale removed and initially didn't work. It is not good enough not to provide breakfast for an accommodation which is a high end property and very expensive. Also, we had an arrangement for late check out at 12pm and a person entered the property while we were still there without ringing the bell to check if we were inside which was very awkward. We were finishing a call with a taxi for pick up as he entered the property. It was a gross invasion of privacy. This was completely unacceptable. There should be at least a 15 minute gap of time between guests checking out and someone entering the property. Also, there was a washing machine but no clothes hanging equipment.

Cons: At this cost, breakfast should be provided as well as a clean coffee machine with milk options. It is only a few euro - not expensive - to provide an Italian breakfast including biscuits or prepackaged cornetto to have with breakfast. This is the type of property that people should be able to relax in and enjoy a breakfast in without having to get up and leave to east, especially with a late check-out.

Pros: The property is a few minutes to the Vatican. It is clean and all what you need as a family.

Pros: In the immediate vicinity of the Vatican, with a fantastic view of St. Peter's Basilica, easily accessible by bus 64. The host is always available, helpful, and speaks English well. The mineral water in the fridge was a great help. The accommodation is modern and comfortably furnished.

Cons: There are no mosquito nets.

We will recommend to other to stay there. We had a pleasant experience.

Pros: It had everything we needed. It was clean, staff were helpful with information and friendly. They were accommodating for us to leave our luggage at the apartment and freshen up before checkin.
