Pros: I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment and would happily return myself. The owner was extremely helpful, and the flat is beautiful and functional, with a large terrace and an excellent location – within walking distance of Vatican City. Just a few steps from the train and bus stations. The neighbourhood is pleasant and peaceful.

Pros: The location was very central and very quiet. The appartment was very clean and comfortable. The owner was lovely. It had everything you could need. The vatican was very close and there was plenty of local shops.

Cons: There were no negatives however there are a lot of steps so anyone with physical disabilities might need to check.

Enjoyable stay

Pros: The guest, Petro, was very responsive and helpful when needed. The apartment is next to the train station and close to the Saint Peter's Square and the Vatican museum (approx. 30 minutes walking). You can also take a bus to visit Rome's attractions and return walking, it's enjoyable! We had a really good sleep and the apartment was clean, a good size balcony, the kitchen has the basics you'll need, but there is no storage space for the clothes, except a rack. Yet, that was ok for us.

Cons: Nothing worthy to be mentioned.

Pros: We had fantastic stay at this lovely apartment. The apartment is very spacious and clean with great facilities, and 2 balconies. It is located in a quiet area near the Vatican and very close to a train station that connects to Rome Central station.

Pros: The outdoor space is perfect after a long day Sightseeing. The beds were comfortable, nice restaurants within walking distance. Great location for the train station.

Cons: Unable to find cushions for outdoor seats. If possible to supply mosi spray/plug ins. No stock in local shops.

A perfect location, comfortable, a lovely terrace, and an outstanding host—we’d love to stay again

Pros: The apartment was in the perfect location, walkable to many of the big attractions and close to the Hop On Hop Off bus stop which is a must do. The area was very quiet at night and overall the apartment was very comfortable and the terrace was a delight in the evenings. The aircon in the rooms was greatly appreciated and were very quiet. Petro is an excellent host, responding to any messages very quickly and with patience. We would love to stay again and visit the sights missed on this short visit. There is a small superette nearby and many cafes. We recommend a visit to Squili Bistro, Via di Porta Cavalleggeri, great food, coffee and service.

Cons: Our only change to suggest is it would be nice to have a choice of pillows, eg. softer ones.
