Fantastic spacious house in Rome

Pros: The host was very friendly. Very nice apartment, as described in the posting. We had a very nice stay for 3 nights. The house was spacious and comfortable. In a very nice location, a bit far from the center but peaceful. Fully functional kitchen. Bathroom had nice hot water AC works well for the Roman summer

Cons: Minor issue: The bathroom with bath didn't have a glass barrier to have a shower in it so for days when we only wanted to have a shower we had to use only the other bathroom.

Perfect stay

Pros: Perfect place, great host, very spacious flat close to tram links for the main train station and city centre. Anna was very kind to let us find drinks and snacks on arrival. We were also able to arrange a late check out for no extra fee. I could not recommend the place enough, there are also a few food restaurants and many shops within 2-3 minutes walk.

Un apartament bun.

Pros: Gazda o fost foarte amabilă, a răspuns rapid la mesaje. Apartamentul este foarte curat, arată exact ca în fotografii. Destul de aproape de stația de metrou ceea ce a făcut accesul în centrul Romei facil.

Cons: Geamurile de la dormitoare nu se închideau etanș sau nu știu care era problema, dar dimineața se auzea zgomotul de afară destul de tare.

Pros: Tres bel Appartement avec beaux meubles. Très grand. Cuisine bien fournie Lits confortables Nous avons apprécié 2 salles de bains. Beaucoup de commerces , restaurants et pâtisseries La propriétaire est une personne très gentille et généreuse qui nous beaucoup aidé pour réserver un taxi le matin. Elle répondait toujours vite à nos demandes

Cons: Un peu loin du Termini. Les lits simples sont un peu étroits pour des adultes

Pentru un grupa de 4 persoane a fost PERFECT!

Pros: Amabilitatea și disponibilitatea gazdei , apartamentul , curățenia , facilitățile apartamentului . Proprietara este foarte amabilă și dispusă să te ajute , ne-a așteptat pentru check-in întârziat ( avionul a decolat cu întârziere ) . Apartamentul este bine organizat și compartimentat. Există supermarket COOP la 3 minute de mers pe jos .

Cons: Distanța până în centru . Apartamentul este situat la 8 minute de mers pe jos față de stația de METRO - TEANO , există și 2 tramvaie care merg până la TERMINI - 5 și 14. De la proprietate și până în centru se face cu mijloacele de transport în comun între 45 și 60 minute.

Pros: Сподобалось все! Відповідає фото, все продумано,в помешканні є все необхідне і більше, навіть оливкове масло, макарони, смаколики, вода, кава і більше! Посилили раніше, пішли на зустріч. Дуже приємні господарі!

Комфортно і затишно, достатньо місця для сімʼї, щоб почуватися , як дома!

Pros: Гарні арартаменти, чисто і затишно, багато простору . Є дві окремі спальні, два санвузла. Постіль і рушники чисті, посуд різний, але не має микрохвильовки і чайника, щоб розігріти швидко їжу. Анна - приємна господарка, яка зустрічала нас і допомогла нам з таксі в аеропорт. До метро Tiano( зелена гілка) 10 хв пішки, супермакет Coop теж в 10 хв від дому.Ми були сімʼєю 2 дорослих і діти 9 і 16 і нам все сподобалось ! Хотіли б ще повернутися в ці аппартаменти!
