Pros: The yellow home is beautiful and cozy, designed very well. The view from the terrace is stunning. The apartment is on the 7th floor and the house has an elevator. We have almost everything that we need and a lot of additions: coffee, olive oil, bottles of water, shampoos and lotions, dishwasher gel and even capsules for the washing machine. The pillows and bed sheets are perfect. And the bed in the bedroom is very comfortable.

Cons: In winter (February) the floor is very cold in the apartment - take the slippers with you. The windows have single glazing and there is a draft coming from them. (Mostly it feels in the bathroom) We didn't find a kettle. The sofa is not so comfortable for sleeping.

Rundum glücklich damit - würde es wieder buchen

Pros: Sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die nächste Metro ist nur 7 Minuten entfernt und fährt direkt zum Kolosseum.

Cons: Das einzige Kriterium ist, dass wir so gut wie gar kein Warmwasser zum Duschen hatten. Die Wohnung generell ist durch den Steinboden sehr kalt.

Pros: The apartment is really great, in a quiet neighborhood next to a park, the terrace is huge and faces the park. The metro is close by, the easiest and fastest way to get to everything in Rome. Giulia is great, we easily agreed on everything. I highly recommend it to everyone, the first next opportunity we will be there again.

Pros: El apartamento está bastante nuevo, la cama es cómoda y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Gulia es muy amable y la comunicación con ella fue perfecta.

Cons: La única pega fue que tuvimos mala suerte ya que tenían que arreglar el ascensor justo algunos días de los que nos alojamos, aunque no fue culpa de Gulia. Ella muy amablemente se ofreció a ayudarnos con la maleta.
