Pros: It’s very clean and suitable for stay of a family.

Cons: It would be nice if there is a microwave to warm up foods.

Wonderful stay

Pros: Very compact apartment with all facilities in built. Host was there on time at arrival to brief about the property and handover the keys.

Cons: A microwave oven and a water kettle would have been nice

A cosy apartment with good transportation link to Central Rome

Pros: The location of the place. The host did put a lot of effort to ensure clients' comfort. This is really appreciated. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons: There was no kitchen knief in the kitchen - just a bread knief. THe host shoule endeavour to purchase one.

Pros: Tutto perfetto, pulito e non mancava niente. Le fermate dei bus/metro/tram sono distanti 5-10 minuti a piedi, inoltre la zona è molto fornita di bar, ristoranti, supermercati etc.

Pros: Appartamento davvero molto bello, nuovissimo, dotato di tutti i comfort, ben arredato. Check in automatizzato, host perfetta, gentile, disponibile e a modo.

In generale ci siamo trovati molto bene nell'alloggio che ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative

Pros: Pulizia, servizi dell'alloggio, disponibilità del proprietario, gusto nell'arredamento

Cons: Abbiamo segnalato alla proprietaria che il riscaldamento in camera da letto con termosifoni non funzionava (e lei ci ha prontamente detto che avrebbe cercato di risolvere e nel frattempo avremmo potuto usare il condizionatore, ma comunque in stanza non faceva affatto freddo), e inoltre al mattino tutto il riscaldamento, che è centralizzato, è spento ma credo che questo non dipenda dai proprietari

Pros: Четкая инструкция от хозяина при заселении. Квартира очень чистая, удобная, просторная, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Рядом много магазинов. Удобно добираться до центра Рима - остановка автобуса недалеко от подъезда, в пути около 30 минут.
