Pros: The best apartment. The hostess is amazing and helpful and it was a pleasant stay.

Pros: + The apartment is very close to a metro station. There are many different shops around, for unforeseen needs, as well as places to eat. + The rooms and balconies are very spacious, the beds are comfortable. Netflix was an extraordinary bonus on the TV in the living room, but also the presence of 2 bathrooms. + The kitchen has a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove and oven and some cooking utensils. In the storage room I found a washing machine and an iron. + We were accommodated in February. We did not need to use the air conditioners. The rooms were pretty well heated from the centralized network, and if more heat was needed we had electric air heaters in the rooms. + Although the accommodation was made without meeting the host, I received very detailed and useful explanations from Milena through messages. I don't have my own photos, but the pictures on Booking are real.

Cons: *The apartment is typical Italian, with tiles on the floors, mostly without carpets, which makes it cold in winter and we need house slippers. (Of course in the summer this thing that makes it cool can be pleasant) * Although the furniture is new and modern, the apartment has not been renovated for a long time.

Pros: - Helpful staff/easy to communicate (the pan was worn, and they provided a brand new one. They sent us detailed information about everything needed in advance) - 2 min to metro station - Spacious apartment/rooms

Pros: posizione vicinissima alla fermata MALATESTA della linea ROSSA. Parecchi negozi e supermercati in prossimità e un parcheggio coperto sotto casa

Pros: The host is helpful and has tried their best to accommodate our need.

Cons: The collection of city tax in Italy caused stress to travelers. Some bookings accept cash, some require wire transfer to account, some suggest payment via WhatsApp. Fortunately the host helped and allowed us to pay cash.

Pros: Az apartman mérete nagy és tágas. Jó közlekedés. Jó elhelyezkedés.

Cons: A víz nyomás elég gyenge a fürdésnél a többi helyen megfelelő.

Pros: L' appartamento è spazioso , era pulito e l' host È stato molto disponibile. Il quartiere ha tanta scelta di ristoranti tipici. Di fronte casa c è la fermata della metropolitana e diverse fermate degli autobus. Ci tornerei sicuramente. Una menzione speciale va a Erika, sei stata disponibilissima e gentilissima nel fornirci tutte le informazioni che ti abbiamo richiesto. Alla prossima!
