We had a lovely time in a spotlessly clean, newly refurbished apartment. Such a great find and such a perfect location .
Pros: The property was spotlessly clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. Our hosts met us and were incredibly knowledgeable about the area and things to do - sending us information regarding their suggestions. The beds and pillows were very comfortable with crisp white linen. Also, the location was perfect being 5 minutes from the train station and a number of buses linking to the tourist attractions.
Cons: It was all lovely.

Great base for the Vatican
Pros: Francesca met us from our taxi and showed us the apartment. She took the time to make some recommendations for places to eat, which was kind. It had good facilities - including thoughtful things like hair straighteners - and was a good base for the Vatican. There is a supermarket very nearby, which is open until 2200hr, and the bus stop (62 & 64 routes) is nearby too. We didn't use it, but a train station is nearby too so we could have got a train from the airport.
Cons: It was an apartment in a city, so it was a little noisy at times. If you're a light sleeper, take some earplugs. One of the bathrooms smelled strongly of drains, but there were two bathrooms, so it wasn't a massive problem, we just kept the door shut.

Pros: The apartment was so clean & comfortable. It couldn't have been better placed for accessing all the sites, we were 5mins walk to St Peter's Square. There are so many restaurants, cafes & bars right on your doorstep. We loved cafe Romolo just around the corner! Francesca was brilliant, providing us with loads of info prior to arriving. We got a very warm welcome and then she took the time to WhatsApp recommendations for places to eat in different parts of the city!! Loved our stay & have already recommended it to friends!!

Francesca is a very nice host who gave us helpful information about traveling and sightseeing in Rome.
Pros: Nice, clean apartment in a very good location, about 10 min on foot from the Piazza San Pietro.

Simply perfect
Pros: It was exactly as shown in the pictures and I really appreciated the attention to details. I told Francesca I was travelling with my father, for his birthday, and we had a cold bottle of wine in the fridge, as a welcome gift. And ice in the cooler. I told her I was planning on cooking breakfast each morning and we had every essential we needed: oil, basic spices, coffee, sugar, vinegar, plastic foil and so on...I rarely found all these at an airbnb and i really appreciated them. Francesca was also very friendly and helpful ❣️
Cons: The only thing I didn't take into consideration was the amount of hot water the heater would store. And one night, after cooking dinner, washing the dishes and the other person taking a shower, I didn't have enough hot water left to wash my hair. But I bet Francesca could talk you through how the heater works and how much time you should wait for the water to get hot again.

Pros: The host was very helpful with information and organizing airport taxis. The apartment is clean, comfortable and quiet. It is 10 minutes walk to the Vatican with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

Wonderful stay
Pros: OMG! 10 isn't sufficient to describe the Vatican Nest!!! Francesca is the best host you'll ever meet! And the apartment... WOW Spacious, nicely decorated, clean, extremely comfortable, very well located, with restaurants and bars, a bus stop and shops just around the corner, plus waking up here and being able to JUST WALK to the Vatican and St Peter's Basilica is THE BEST!!! Loved it and will be back, for sure!

Rome Trip with Family
Pros: First of all many thanks to Francesca, She provided us before and after arrival very useful information and met us at the check-in. The location was excellent, walking distance to many sightseeing places. Lots of restaurant options were around and close by the supermarket and very nice Pizzeria. The flat was big, clean, warm, spacious and well equipped, all was perfect.
