Pros: The apartment was very well located, very clean and the owner Monica is great, she gave us all the tips on how to go around. Highly recommend this place.

Pros: The apartment was so near the San Pietro train station and bus station absolutely great. The Bus 64 route from the Roma Termni splits the city in half for easy access to the top attractions. You’re no more than a twenty minute walk from most places of interest along the route.

Cons: Nothing whatsoever

Pros: We liked that it was located in a quiet neighborhood with restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The Basilica of San Pietro was only a 15-minute walk away. However, the city center was about 20–25 minutes away by bus. Monica was very kind and eager to provide information—truly helpful.

Cons: We didn’t like the amount of time it took to reach other attractions by public transport, apart from the Vatican. However, Rome is a big city, so that’s somewhat to be expected.

Wonderful Place to Stay near Vatican

Pros: I can highly recommend this accommodation. It is in close walking distance to the vatican. It has a variety of eating establishments nearby and is close to the 64 bus (goes to Termini) and 62 (goes to the Corso). We were made very welcome and it is a comfortable apartment. We enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Great apartment near the Vatican. Host was very friendly and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay.

Lovely convenient location

Pros: The host was so lovely and welcoming, very helpful pointing out restaurants etc - the accomm itself was very spacious and had a nice balcony - great location too right by the Vatican.

Pros: + Location of the apartment - very close to the bus stop of lines 64 and 62 which can take you to the center of Rome and all the monuments, close to the shops, restaurants and bars/caffes, but at the same time a very quiet neighbourhood + Well equipped kitchen - you have all required utensils, also some spices, olive oil etc. + Elevator in the building is another advantage + Availability of detergents and other utilities for cleaning, lots of towels, toilet paper etc. + Great contact with host - Monica is a lovely person, helpful and kind, giving advices what to see, how to get to all the tourist attractions and being in contact via Whatsapp throughout our stay

Cons: - the only minor issue was lack of hot water on the first day of our stay, but after contacting with Monica the problem was solved; it is worth mentioning that it can take some time for water to get warmer, so be patient ;)
