Vatican Art House

I can recommend this place to anyone looking for a short stay. Absolutely wonderful place to stay.

Pros: Location was perfect, owner of the apartment was waiting for us till we arrived, instructed us what to do getting in and out of the apartment and when we left the premises. She was really nice. I can't find any fault. Excellent.

Great sized apartment, great location for Vatican City

Pros: On arrival we were promptly met by the friendly host who gave us a detailed breakdown of how things work. The apartment is in an old block but this specific apartment has been modernised and has everything you need. Great location with many shops and restaurants near by. There is also a grocer a few min away. Easy to walk to the Vatican.

Pros: The flat is right next to the Vatican and was very comfortable and we had a great stay here. The 2 bedrooms are comfortable and well kept. There is a large living area with a balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with even coffee powder, tea bags, condiments, etc provided. Everything one can think of is provided in this flat. Anna, our manager was always quick to respond and was very accommodating when our Uber ride cancelled on us at the airport on arrival. She waited patiently and was so kind when we arrived. She even got a little issue we had with the EWC in the bathroom promptly fixed within an hour. She helped with the booking of our cab ride to our next destination from Rome. The flat has a lift and air-conditioning

Cons: There was no real downside except that the second bathroom was quite small. But even so it is well kept with a shower cubicle accomodated inside the space. While the location of the flat was great-close to the Vatican and also walking distance from the lively Trestavere area, where we had our dinner almost every evening. We did find that we spent a lot on our Uber rides into the city for all the sightseeing spots, which actually came down to our choice of location and doesn't really reflect on this flat in any way. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay here. Thank you for taking care of our needs during our stay. Excellent hosts and management team.

Lovely stay, great host, fab apartment!

Pros: We stayed at the Vatican Art House for 4 nights during our trip through Italy and had a wonderful visit. Anna is a welcoming host, and communication was easy. We were also allowed to check in early, which we appreciated after a long day of travelling. The apartment was clean and spacious with two good-sized rooms and two bathrooms. The beds, pillows, and duvets were so comfortable, and the apartment is well equipped with everything you need. Great location near the Vatican and around 40 minutes walk to the colloseum or a 12 euro taxi via uber/IT taxis. We would recommend the apartment and would stay again. Thanks for having us.

Cons: We enjoyed everything and felt very safe and comfortable. Perhaps a welcome book for the apartment, but I think that might be available via the ipad, which was getting fixed when we visited.

Pros: Very nice appartment, clean, well-equipped, conveniently located about 7 minutes walk from St. Peter's Basilic. Checkin and checkout were smooth and there is a supermarket 3 minutes up the road if you need good food for breakfast. Bus 64 takes you within 10 minutes to the center (Largo di Torre Argentina/Piazza Venezia). Highly recommended.

Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was the beds were a little uncomfortable in the bathrooms. Could’ve been a little bit. Better showers were too small.

Une bonne adresse pour visiter Rome

Pros: Très proche du Vatican et du centre de Rome. Deux belles chambres, appartement confortable. Un très bon accueil.

Cons: Une deuxième salle de bain très très petite. Des lumières capricieuses. L'appartement mériterait d'être un peu refait.

Niesamowity pobyt w niesamowitym mieście.

Pros: Super lokalizacja, perfekcyjny kontakt z Panią Anią która zaaranżowała nam w transport z lotniska i na lotnisko. Dodatkowo indywidualnie ustalony czas przyjazdu i wyjazdu. Samo miejsce czyste, spora przestrzeń, dwie łazienki, trzy pokoje. Idealne nawet dla 6-8 osób. kilka minut spacerem od Watykanu, doskonała baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta. W okolicy sporo kawiarni, sklepów i restauracji. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

Rome at your finger tips

Pros: The property manager Anna met us at the property with the keys. She is amazing my wife had hurt her knee and was in pain. Anna immediately made every effort to help out she got some ice from the refrigerator and put it in a plastic bag , wrapped it in a towel for my wife to apply on her knee. She informed us of a doctor in the first floor of the building should we need further assistance. This property is very well located, very comfortable , and quiet neighborhood . You have the espresso pot to brew your own coffee in the morning. Supermarket nearby to buy bread, deli meats etc for breakfast . Anna kindly arranged for a taxi to meet us at 630am on departure day.
