Great choice for a family.

Pros: Beautiful quarter, spacious appartment, good connections with the city centre ( bus line 52). Kind and friendly host.

Cons: Bathroom (especially shower) needs mending. Kitchen dishwasher could use some salt and shine, as the dishes look pretty damaged by washing.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Magnolia Suite. The apartment is spacious, with tasteful and simple interior design that feels both elegant and comfortable. It was spotless and well-maintained. The neighborhood is wonderful—safe, green, and surrounded by beautiful trees. Waking up to the sound of birds and enjoying the view from the window in the morning was a real highlight. The location is also excellent, with great transport connections to the city center. Plus, you can easily walk to the Borghese Gardens and Galleria Borghese, which was a big advantage. Communication with the hosts was fantastic—they were very welcoming, provided great recommendations, and ensured we had everything we needed. The apartment is also well-equipped with amenities like a dishwasher, washing machine, and Nespresso machine, making our stay even more comfortable. Overall, the price-to-quality ratio is excellent. We highly recommend Magnolia Suite and would love to stay here again!

Exceeded expectations and certain to return on a next occasion.

Pros: Hosts were very kind and helpful, making one truly feel welcomed. Rooms were clean, well equipped with the necessary facilities to use it as an apartment for a (smaller) family for shorter and longer stays. Great location in very pleasant neighbourhood.

A family holiday in Rome

Pros: Excellent apartment with everything you need in it - we were a family of 4 with 2 young kids and found it very comfortable. A lovely quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Plenty of cafes restaurants and supermarkets to meet every need

Very enjoyable one week stay in a lovely apartment.

Pros: Lovely apartment with very friendly host. Perfect location for me and my son to use as a base for our trip to Rome.

Cons: The shower isn’t great, due to the water pressure. We stayed during a heatwave so we needed lots of showers!

One night stay by 3 couples (6 people)

Pros: Very nice garden and atmosphere with a quiet neighborhood. The rooms were comfortable, clean. The A/C worked fine. The beds were good and the whole apartment cozy. The landlady was forthcoming, as we changed arrival time a few times (buses and trains in Italy are usually late - so we managed to get an earlier one by it being late). Shower took a little while to warm up, but otherwise was good. The apartment is well taken care of.
