Pros: Everything!! Very spacious. Everything we needed was provided and very well thought out. Nice and modern whilst still keeping with the traditional Italian feel. Location was perfect. Being able to access both balconies from living area, kitchen and both bedrooms was amazing. And WOW!…..what a view from the balconies!! 😍

Pros: The location is good, specially who wants to visit the Vatican. Supermarket and bus stop close. Good for a big family or 2 couples.

Spacious apartment in a great location
Pros: Spacious apartment in a great location! Was perfect for us to explore Rome (even by foot). Contact with the host was great and very friendly. Good value for money. Well equipped kitchen. Would recommend!
Cons: Some small things could be improved, the sofa bed wasn't too comfortable. Also the neighbours were a bit noisy during the night.

Spacious apartment with a great view and very close to local attractions
Pros: Its a very nice apartment, well equipped to accommodate a larger family with a great view of the Vatican City. The place is very central which made sightseeing easy for us. There are restaurants and bars nearby with good food as well as local supermarket which is perfect if you want to cook at home. The flat is spacious, clean and airy and has 2 balconies where you can relax and admire the view.

Уютная квартира которой нужен досмотр и мелкий ремонт
Pros: Уютная квартира в классном районе. Последний этаж - классные виды с обоих балконов. Удобный матрас в мастер-бедрум, во второй спальне раскладывающийся диван, достаточно некомфортный. Очень приветливая хозяйка, была всегда на связи, оперативно отвечала на все вопросы.
Cons: Такая чудесная квартира заслуживает лучшего управления!!! У нас не работали: кондиционер в гостиной (тк. этаж последний, квартира нагревается за день. Была попытка починить кондиционер, приходила хозяйка с мастером, но не получилось сделать сразу на месте), ставни в спальне (не поднимались), ставни в гостиной (не фиксировались и сами опускались с грохотом - меня чуть не заблокировало на балконе, когда я при заезде вышла полюбоваться видом), так же не работал отпариватель, капсульная кофемашина выглядела так, будто ее достали из костра. Морозилка не работала - была вся в наледи. На кухне не было ни кофе, ни оливкового масла, что очень странно для Италии, мы купили самостоятельно.

Goede uitvalsbasis om een prachtig rome te ontdekken.
Pros: Locatie iets uit het drukkere. Maar veel is te voet bereikbaar, Bus 62 +64 naar centrum+luchthaven stopt frequent 50m van appartement. Alles proper. Uitstekend contact met host. Reageert direct en correct. Kregen ook een 2de sleutel van Anna. Airco aanwezig. Rolluiken aanwezig. Balkon rondom. Mooie vloer. Carrefour op 200m Rome in combinatie met dit appartement durf ik zeker aan vrienden aanbevelen. Of we komen er zelf nog eens terug.
Cons: buitenmeubelen + sofa zeker aan vervanging toe. Anders zeker punt meer waard. Kleine lift. Het 2de bed in kleinere kamer is minder van kwaliteit dan masterbedroom
