Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja: kilkaset metrów od stacji kolejowej S.Pietro i 10-12 min spacerem do placu św. Piotra. Blisko sklep Carrefour Market czynny do 22:00 (lub 20:00 niedziela). W pobliżu także kilka restauracji

Cons: Cienkie ściany pomiędzy mieszkaniami Sąsiedzi urządzili imprezę z soboty na niedzielę głośna impreza skończyła się przed północą) Plus dla właściciela że dostarcza zatyczki do uszu (więc chyba zna problem).
