The Best Rent - Spacious three-bedroom apartment in Prati area

A good choice for a larger group

Pros: Excellent apartment in a perfect location, just a 3-minute walk from the metro. Great communication with the host. Entering and locking the apartment was very easy. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of space for everyone. Having two bathrooms was a great advantage. Ideal and comfortable for a group of eight adults.

Cons: The table in the main room was unstable. The boiler (or something like that) in the kitchen was quite loud. The bedding was uncomfortable — instead of a proper duvet with a cover, it was a duvet placed between two sheets. Cleanliness could be improved — there were visible stains on the bathroom door.

Pros: This apartment offers an unbeatable location just steps from Vatican City, with convenient subway access, making it perfect for exploring Rome. The keyless entry via mobile app worked seamlessly, and we were impressed by the spacious layout featuring two separate bathrooms - ideal for our family trip. The complimentary cosmetic sets and slippers were a thoughtful touch that enhanced our comfort. The only area for improvement would be the kitchen equipment: a proper sharp cutting knife, basic seasonings like salt and pepper, some olive oil, and additional hand towels would make meal preparation much easier. Despite these minor kitchen limitations, we highly recommend this property for families or groups visiting Rome.

Pros: Clean, warm, modern, good location. close to tube. Comfy, large beds. Very quiet inside. Lift. Lock to get inside flat. Good communication with hosts. Tea, Coffee, capsules for washer/dryer and dish washer all included. Great coffee machine . TVs, WiFi.Free little cosmetic packs and slippers

Cons: No balcony, as under construction. Hard to find initially.

Exactly as pictured

Pros: The apartment is exactly as pictured. Beds comfortable, ample choice of pillows for those with picky cervicales. AC works very well so no heat stroke in this apartment. The electronic key system works marvelously but ensure you have functioning roaming otherwise you won't be able to access the flat.

Cons: The external common area is very run down and I was apprehensive upon arrival. It's also not well signaled and no building number so hard to find. I suggest that the reservations team add pictures to the arrival instructions.

Very good 6 days stay

Pros: The apartment was very well maintained and clean. The equipments provided were very good, all the amenities you need more or less are there..

Cons: There was hidden cost it we needed someone to check us in we didn’t like it, online was possible to do and pay the rest. Would appreciate that is clearly mentioned in the advertisement. No other complaints

Pros: We loved everything. The apartment is all new, very clean, very big rooms. We had evrething we need at the apartment. The staff was helpful. Good location. Its was perfect stay.

Pros: Ottima posizione, vicina alla metro e alla fermata dei bus. A 15 minuti a piedi dal Vaticano. Appartamento comodo, spazioso, ben arredato e fornito di tutto il necessario. Comunicazione via wup con il proprietario veloce ed efficiente. Consigliatissimo!

Cons: Potrebbe essere utile lasciare qualche strofinaccio in cucina e qualche sacchetto in più per i rifiuti.

Nice place to stay with a big group of people to have a great rest after strolling astonishing streets of Rome.

Pros: Great location - 20 minutes walk to the center and many historic sites. Big and comfy rooms, comfortable beds.

Cons: There was only one capsule for washing machine, which is definitely not enough for a week long stay for group of 6. We have to buy big pack. The door handle was broken in one of the bedrooms. None of these make our stay worsened though.
