Comfortable, safe, warm (thanks to extra blankets and the portable heater).

Pros: Security, large entry, 1st floor so only 20 steps (or lift), functional kitchen, washing machine, TV has cable, good sized balcony, comfortable lounge room, portable heater / cooler, lavender pillow

Cons: There is work happening and it looks long term. There is scaffolding in place, no access to the balcony, work men walking along the balcony and outside my bedroom window from 7am. The shower in the main bathroom has been designed so that the pipe makes it impossible to turn the water off. Therefore, there's only 1 shower. (The average for Italian properties.) The noise level from 7am until 6pm. Forgot to mention. The toilet plumbing needs work, the water pressure is weak at best.

Big appartment close to Metro and Vatican. 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, ideal for bigger family or group

Pros: Close to Metro, quiet area, 5 min to supermarkets and bakery. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Kitchen with almost all equipment. 20min to Vatican by foot. Good coffee. Definitely will use this appartment when returning to Rome.

Cons: Nothing particular, just small things - I am tall so I would need little bit bigger bed, kettle for the tea,....

Pros: Appartamento grande, comodo per 6 persone. 2 bagni 3 camere. Posizione a 5 minuti dalla fermata Lepanto. Ideale per un soggiorno a Roma.

Pros: Casa molto bella e grande. Dotata di tutto il necessario. Le camere matrimoniali molto spaziose. Si trova a 10 minuti da piazza del popolo e 15 minuti da castel Sant Angelo. Eravamo in 3 coppie e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Anche le indicazioni del proprietario per raggiungere la casa sono state chiarissime

Het was relaxend en cool na een dag in Rome.

Pros: Het balkon, de airco, de goeie tv voor gamen, keuken was goed bank ook en overall genoeg ruimte voor 6 mensen waar je gezellig kan rondhangen ‘s avonds.

Cons: Er waren 3 dingen kapot maar dit waren kleine dingen en waren van te voren aan gegeven (het waren het deur slot en hendeltje van sommige kastjes en een douche kop zat een beetje los) het word waarschijnlijk wel gerepareerd in de tijd dat je boekt en het zat ons niet echt in de weg.

Pros: Comodissimo a 2 minuti da fermata metro, perfetto per famiglia numerosa. Pulito e accogliente. Ampi spazi . A 10 minuti a piedi da università unimarconi per laureandi il massimo!

Cons: Nulla. Non fatevi ingannare dall'esterno l'appartamento è veramente bello e curato
