AC21 - Palazzetto Campo de' Fiori

I was overwhelmed by the location.

Pros: This apartment is located in the middle of one of Rome’s busiest Piazza: music, restaurants, bars, so amazing. And still the apartment is quiet and comfy with everything you need. And communication was prompt and efficient.

Cons: The bed/mattress was very soft.

Pros: Location was excellent. Considering the location, it was lovely & quiet.

Cons: 2 flights of stairs with luggage. Shower could do with small shelf.

An absolute gem of the apartment

Pros: The apartment is fantastic and located in the heart of Rome, in the area with lots of character, within half an hour on foot from all major attractions. We loved the view from the lounge room window, which opens into a busy street and is looking at Palazzo della Chancelleria, while the bedroom window is looking into the internal courtyard. It was very quiet inside, and the quality of sleep was superb. The apartment is very well equipped with the appliances: an electric stovetop, a dishwasher, a fridge, a washing machine etc - AND they all WORKED! The apartment is not serviced, and this is what we wanted: we prefer not to be disturbed. The access to the building was via an internet link - so at least one of our phones had to have enough charge when we were returning home at the end of the day. There are many eateries at Campo de' Fiori, and perhaps two of the best ones were right downstairs: a pizzeria and a pasta place. We enjoyed the vibe of the area.

Cons: We never met the host or their representative. The check-in is done over the internet and we were required to send the snaps of our IDs over the links. Even after completing the check-in I received multiple messages requiring to complete the check-in. There was a lot of unnecessary messages and we were nervous that we might not be able to access the apartment. To be fair, the host always responded quickly to any queries or concerns we had.

In the heart of Rome

Pros: + location: can reach all main locations on foot + apartment: big with kitchen, air condition +- need the internet to come in +- boiler in bathroom, hot water can end - bedroom comes to the common area. Can be noisy if somebody uses air-conditioning during night - pans not in good condition

Pros: Absolutely great location. Just straight into a vibrant and very Italian square with choice of good local restaurants and daily market. And Happy Hours. Vatican City 20 minutes walk to the left and Colusseum 20 minutes walk to the right.

Cons: Nothing to be fair. It's a perfectly honest, clean, apartment just like you would expect.

Pros: Fantastic location, really comfortable bed, airy, great communication before check-in, easy access. Everything you could need. Would stay here again.

Cons: It’s hard to think of anything - perhaps could use a shelf in the shower for soap, and an adjustable height shower…?

Perfect location, clean with everything we needed.

Pros: We loved our apartment. Clean and had everything we needed. Close to the restaurants and shops. Our host was very easy to deal with. Perfect!

Pros: We really liked the apartments - it is cosy, very calm, we found everything we needed in the apartment. Everything was in good order and clean. Location is excellent - we reached every points we was interested on foot, we hadn't any need to use any transport. The host, Adriano was very friendly and helpful. We liked absolutely everything.
