Pros: I just want to say that the apartment is marvellous,spacious and has the Italian charm with the frescos on the ceilings . Mrs Teuta was excellent host when we arrived she explained everything about our stay and how to spent a great time in Rome. She was always ready to help and answer everything if we had problems. The location of the apartment is exactly as it is said you just turn right when you walk out from the apartment and the metro is there. It is 5 -7 minutes from termini station and in front of the apartment have a great bakery. It also near the basilica San Clemente and the Colosseum around 15-20 min on a walk but it was great . There are supermarkets and restaurants just below the street which again is perfect after a big walk around the city.The apartment have everything you need as equipment and the garden is a great addition to the value of the apartment. I will recommend definitely!!!

Pros: Everything was lovely! It is a beautiful apartment, comfortable and clean and centrally located. We even got to check in a bit early, which was fabulous. Highly recommend!

Pros: Very pleasant and friendly owner and staff who met us at the property were kind and helpful. Accomodation was clean with everything we needed in the kitchen, a washing machine and delightful outdoor terrace garden. An excellent supermarket, pharmacy and Vittorio Emmanuele Metro station were all within 50 minutes of the front door.

Cons: Area was noisy at night as there was a loud music concert in the park across the road, but this is likely because it was summer and people are out very late. There was a power failure in the area due to an accident between a truck and the electricity substation but the owner stayed in contact to reassure and update us and helped us enormously until the power came back on.

Fabulous stay in a beautiful property

Pros: Beautiful property! The ceilings in the bedrooms are such a gorgeous feature to this apartment and the beautiful spiral stairs. Huge outdoor space which was lovely to sit out in. Location was great to access all of Rome. Nothing was too far to walk for us. The local restaurants around the apartment were great and Teuta gave us a fabulous recommendation. She was available for any questions and was really helpful at check in.

Pros: Hydra is amazing, big and beautiful. All the facilities work great, the location of the apartment is good. With a view from the rooms towards the park, but the population is a bit problematic. Screaming until the wee hours of the night. Restaurants and cafes right outside the door of the building and grocery stores within a very short walking distance.

Lovely and spacious

Pros: Good location, close to a metro station, Termini, Colosseum, two grocery shops on the street which were handy for fresh food. Lovely apartment, spacious, clean with air conditioning. Large balcony with a table and chairs.

Cons: It was rather noisy from the street in the evenings so earplugs were necessary for light sleepers. Nearby streets can be littered with rubbish but unfortunately it can be seen anywhere in Rome.

Pros: Good location, easy access to supermarkets, restaurant and gelato

Cons: Water got turned off twice unannounced, not host fault, but very inconvenient

Pros: Clean and cozy. Very good location. Nice high ceilings. Really nice terrace we ate all our evenings and mornings there.

Cons: Terrace has very bright lights. It would be more comfortable if lights could be dimmable. .

Pros: The location is great, the apartament is really nice, the host is very kind and helpful
