Cozy Rome - Newly Renovated Apartment near Vatican City

Pros: We had a great stay at this apartment in Rome. Communication with the host was smooth and clear. We were traveling as a group of three, and the space was absolutely perfect for us. It was wonderful to start the morning quietly by having breakfast in the apartment. The room was very clean, and there were plenty of nice restaurants just around the corner. Getting to the Colosseum by taxi was easy and cost no more than 15–20 euros. If you’re hesitating, don’t. This is so much better than staying in a small or cramped hotel room. You won’t regret it.

Excellent apartment with easy access to Metro and Vatican / Sistene Chapel

Pros: The apartment is perfectly located for access to the Metro and for the early morning guided tour of the Vatican, Sistene Chapel and St Peters (a must to avoid being crowded). it's clean, quiet, modern set within a nice Roman neighbourhood with plenty of non touristy bars and restaurants to choose from whilst being a few hundred meters from the entrance to the Vatican used for tours and the Sistene Chapel. Clean and comfortable apartment right near the Vatican

Pros: A really lovely apartment with everything you need. Very clean and the shower is brilliant.

Great flat, great location, lovely host.

Pros: This is a fabulous flat in an excellent location. I loved the way it had been renovated with it's quirky large bathroom in the centre of the space. Hard to describe but works very well. It felt really homely and had lots of little features you don't often find in rented flats. Had a fantastic wee cafe just downstairs which made it pointless to have stuff in for breakfast. The instructions for accessing the flat were really clear and Marina was lovely in all her communications.

Cons: Nothing really

Pros: Cozy, modern apartment. Had all needed facilities. Bad very comfortable, also had a sofa bad which I didn't use because was traveling solo. Perfect location near Vatican Museums and walking distance from Piazza Navona&Pantheon. Area is very populated, with lots of coffee shops, bars, restaurants and also movie theatres. Mini and supermarkets at hand.

Cons: Not the facility fault for sure but if you have big lugagges take present that you can't use the elevator, but ap.is on the second floor at least.

Pros: O espaço é acolhedor, bem decorado com um sistema de aquecimento bom e num sitio muito bom com restaurantes, supermercados, etc mesmo à porta.

Cons: O apartamento precisa de manutenção; os armários da cozinha nao fechavam bem, alguns outros itens a precisar de manutenção. Nada grave mas afeta o bom uso do espaço.

Pros: L'apparertamento è ben organizzato, pulito e in ottima posizione a due passi dai Musei Vaticani e dalla metro A (Ottaviano). Il quartiere è fornito di tutti i servizi: panifici, supermercati, ristoranti e farmacie. Consigliato per le famiglie.

Pros: Die Lage war wirklich perfekt, nahe zu der U-Bahn und gefühlt schon im Vatikan. Alles was man braucht ist in unmittelbarer Fußnähe.

Pros: Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement, tout le matériel nécessaire s’y trouvait. Appartement propre avec une jolie décoration

Cons: Beaucoup d’escaliers malgré l’ascenseur qui se trouve en fait qu’au 1er étage. Un peu galère avec la poussette qui ne rentrait pas dans l’ascenseur. C’était le seul bémol

Pros: La anfitriona Marina estuvo pendiente todo el tiempo desde antes de llegar a Roma para que mi llegada fuera segura. La estancia fue muy cómoda y el sector es seguro con todo muy cerca. El apartamento tiene una estructura de antaño pero con mobilidario renovado lo que muestra un aspecto muy interesante. El ingreso fue muy fácil

Cons: Todo muy bien.
