Pros: The apartment itself is superb – clean, stylish, and located conveniently near Vatican City. It's also close to a metro station, supermarkets, and taxi access is easy, which made getting around Rome hassle-free. The stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. However, I must mention one downside – the host asked for a €250 security deposit (refundable), but this was not clearly stated during the booking. Initially, we were told the amount would be refunded on the day of checkout, but later informed it would take up to 14 days. This felt unclear and slightly unprofessional. A host should be transparent about such policies in the booking description. Despite this issue, the overall stay was very pleasant and the apartment itself is great.
Cons: Host didn't told about the security and refund process and the security amount was too high. we were told to ge the refund the day we checkout, but after checkout he said refund will be within 14 days ! that strange!

High-quality stay experience.
Pros: The spacious and well-appointed rooms provided us with all the comfort we needed during our stay. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful at every opportunity. They provided us with helpful advice on restaurants, transportation, and local attractions. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, ensuring a high-quality stay experience.

Pros: Vynikajúca poloha. 5 min od vstupu do Vatikánskych múzeií, hneď oproti domu super reštaurácia, vedľa ran̈ajkáreň, 2 malý supermarmarket, 5 min veľká tržnica. Celý historický Rím dostupný aj pešo, prechádzkou. Pekné a veľké ubytovanie.
Cons: V kuchyni chýbala hubka a utierka na riad. Trochu hlučný plynový kotol v kuchyni. Ale to bol asi jediný nedostatok.

Pros: posizione ottima in uno dei quartieri migliori di Roma. Vicina alla metro a ai musei Vaticani. Per chi ama fare shopping, la zona offre tanti negozi per tutti i gusti, provare per credere!!! Inoltre non mancano bar, trattorie e pizzerie dove gustare la cucina tipica romana... superlativa!

Prima plek dichtbij Vaticaan
Pros: Leuk en schoon appartement dichtbij het Vaticaan. Uitgerust met airco,wat wel lekker is met 34-36 graden Contact met de verhuurder is prima,als je iets vraagt, krijg je snel antwoord en ook vervoer van en naar het vliegveld is prima door hun geregeld. Dichtbij supermarkt en restaurants
Cons: Niets is ons tegengevallen.

Pros: Miesto blízko Vatikánu, metro cca 7min chôdze. Personál sa o nás zaujímal a zisťoval či niečo nepotrebujeme. Apartmán bol moderne zariadený a čistý.
Cons: V jednej, rožnej spálni bol počuť hlasnejší ruch z ulice. Druhá bola OK.

Prestiżowy apartament idealny dla dużej rodziny
Pros: Super, duży apartament, idealny dla grupy 6-osobowej. Wszystko było sprawne, czysto. Ilość dużych kubków i sztućców jest wystarczająca. Fajne w tym apartamencie, jest to że kuchnia+jadalnia jest oodzielna, i nie jest częścią żadnego pokoju. Można tu było naprawdę odpocząć po dniu intensywnego zwiedzania. Świetna lokalizacja, blisko do Watykanu, stacji metro, w okolicy markety, a na przeciwko piekarnia i cukiernia.
Cons: Sposób otwierania drzwi był dość innowacyjny, ale w końcu go ogarnęliśmy ;-)

Pros: Obiekt położony w super miejscu, 10 min spacerkiem do Watykanu! Czyściutki, ręczniki na miejscu, suszarka do włosów i żelazko. Bardzo elegancki apartament! bardzo udany pobyt

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros: Grösse der Wohnung, Sauberkeit, ihre Lage. Sehr gemütliche Betten. Moderne Einrichtung. Nähe zu vielen Restaurants, Einkaufmöglichkeiten.
Cons: Die Küchenaustattung war eher minimal (z.B. keine Kelle oder Ähnliches, kein Geschirrspülmittel). Strassenlärm (in Rom aber wohl unvermeidlich). Nicht gefallen hat mir vor allem, dass ich eine Kaution bezahlen und mehrere Tage auf die Rückerstattung warten musste (auch wenn das in den Bedingungen so angegeben war, freilich an wenig sichtbarer Stelle). Künftig werde ich keine Wohnungen mit Kautionspflicht mehr buchen.
