Big apartment at a great location next to Vatican and a Metro station
Pros: The check-in process was seamless, even though the person that let us in did not speak English. Despite arriving on a public holiday, we were allowed to check-in around 11:00 which was 4 hours earlier than the expected check-in time!!! We are really grateful for that :D

Spacious, beautiful apartment with everything you need in the area and a beautiful view.
Pros: Everything was perfect. Around the place you have everything you need. Multiple cafes, metro station, laundry, you name it. The host also allowed us to check out later free of charge. Honestly one of the best accommodations I’ve stayed in from all my travelling

Pros: Muy buena opción para pasar unos días en familia o con amigos en Roma. Cómodo, bien aquipado, muy limpio y bien situado muy cerca del Vaticano, con supermercados y restaurantes cerca y un horno justo en frente que hace un pan y unos dulces buenísimos. El personal muy amable. Totalmente recomendable.
Cons: El ascensor es muy lento.

Pros: Jest blisko do Metro Otaviano okolo 5 min i blsko do Watykanu. Ciche przestronne mieszkanie. Z działającą klimatyzacją.
Cons: Nie było żądnych problemów.

Good location, good rooms and bathroom
Pros: Our train got delayed, and we only reached rome at 12am when we were supposed to reach at 8pm. Host was very understanding and responsive and stayed back to pass us the keys when we reached. The place is very clean and updated. Rooms and bathrooms were clean; air conditioning was cold. Every room has a television which was nice. Location is very near to the Vatican, 5 mins to Vatican Museum, 10 mins to St Peter's Basilica which means you dont have to wake up as early to queue. Lots of places to eat nearby too.
Cons: There is no washing machine, nearby laundromats are a little expensive, you should bargain with them. Elevator is small and slow but thats understandable because its an old building. Kitchen has pots and pans but no basic ingredients such as oil and salt. There was an opened dubai chocolate bar left in the fridge. We ate it, it was tasty.

Fantástico! Atención excelente.
Pros: Ubicación perfecta, recién reformado, luminoso, limpio y muy bien equipado, sin olores, habitaciones amplias, baños en perfectas condiciones. Repetiremos! Lorenzo contestó a todas mis preguntas.
Cons: Las duchas perdían un poco de agua y la tostadora estaba estropeada pero ya se lo he comentado al dueño.

Однозначно советую, очень удобная квартира.
Pros: Отличное расположение. Метро в 5-и минутах хотбы, супермаркеты в 2-х минутах, пекарня, кафе и рестораны, а также магазины в минуте хотьбы. До Ватикана 3 минуты, до сб. Св. Петра - 15 минут хотьбы. В субботу до полудня рядом действует огромный рынок, где можно купить все италянские продукты и много другого. В квартире новый ремонт, мебель новая, вся техника работает, есть все, что нужно для комфортного проживания. Квартира большая и просторная, удобна для семей до 6-и человек. Две спальни с большими двухспальными кроватями /одна с ванной/, в гостинной диван кровать, тоже большая, в каждой комнате есть телевизор, очень хороший WiFi. Итого в квартире два сан. узла с душ-кабинами, отдельная кухня со всем необходимым инвентарем, и вообше все очень комфортно. Менеджер сдающей компании Лоренцо и его коллега Алекс организовали наше заселение легко и быстро, общение с ними было очень приятным.
Cons: Лифт маленький и медленный :), квартира на 5-ом этаже.
