Luxurious stay next to st Peter's place
Pros: The layout of the large flat — which has one bedroom, one leisure room, a kitchen, and a bathroom — feels like being in a cozy cottage with an old-style design and a charming accidental bookstore vibe. The rooftop is accessible, adding to the atmosphere. It really feels like home. It's also within 20 minutes walking distance from the Vatican, with convenient buses nearby, including airport buses on the same street.
Cons: Everything was perfect.

Geweldig appartement, aanrader!
Pros: This is such a great place! It has charm, it is big and the huge bonus is the big terrace where you can lay down and relax after a hot day in Rome. We spend 5 days here and wished we didn’t have to leave. I recommand it, it is so worth it! Rome is so busy, you need to relax as well and this is the perfect place for it!!
Cons: I can name a few things. Busy Street. Filling in the extra forms was a hassle for me. Paying tax when Booking says it is in the price. And a dryingrack would be nice. But they are minor details if you look at the bigger picture;). Just go here and enjoy this amazing place!

Gorgeous place 10 min from Vatican and 30min walk from key sites
Pros: The apartment is spacious, clean, beautiful, with interesting furniture. Quiet bedroom, the mattress was hard enough and the AC new and almost silent. Fully equipped kitchen where we made our breakfasts to have them at the gorgeous terrace. No issues with neighbours as the lower floors are a hotel as well. Neighbourhood felt like a local business/shopping spot, not a touristy place. Conveniently located both for a taxi ride and 7 minutes from a SIT bus stop to the airport.
Cons: Procedure-wise: additional iterations when booking, unlike the usual process at booking.com: waiting for confirmation, having to sign an additional online contract in Italian. 50 euro charge for check in after 10 pm (didn’t charge us, but we didn’t see that info in advance). All went well, but still put on extra stress when booking last minute. For the apartment: living room facing a noisy street, so may be loud for sleeping. Sofa is tired and needs to be reupholstered or changed. 30 minute walk from key sites on the other side of Tiber. All that said, we’d stay here again any time!

Dejlig lokation, hyggelig lokal atmosfære og skøn tagterrasse
Pros: Dejlig og central lokation i Rom. Vi nød at spise morgenmad på tagterrassen eller slappe af efter en travl dag inden middag. Gode restauranter, vinbarer og indkøbsmuligheder i nærheden. Som flere skriver så er der liv på gaden ud til stuen men soveværelset er dejlig stille. Kommunikationen med Riccardo fungerede perfekt og der var limoncello i køleskabet til os 👌 Incheckning var let da vi havde udfyldt alt elektronisk i forvejen.

往年のイタリア映画に出てきそうな魅力的なアパートメント
Pros: バチカン至近、ローマ市内の各名所にも徒歩で訪ねられるロケーション。センス溢れるレトロモダンなリビングに、美しく整えられた日当たりのよい寝室。アットホームなキッチンに広いバスルーム。そしてローマの青空をのぞめるルーフトップバルコニー！ ジュビリーイヤーのこの夏、巡礼行事のためにこちらの宿を利用しましたが、おかげさまで最高のローマ滞在となりました。

Petite précision à connaître avant le départ
Pros: Emplacement super, proche du Vatican à pied et de plusieurs rue avec des restaurants et divers monuments à visiter. Hôtes bienveillant et très patient (j'ai posé beaucoup de questions). La terrasse fabuleuse. L'appartement est vraiment magnifique. Je reviendrai prochainement je pense.
Cons: Rien tous était vraiment super. Seul petit point à préciser, il faut envoyer vos documents et signer un contrat en italien cela n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce donc ne soyez pas surpris cela est normal. En cas d'arrivée tardive, un tarif supplémentaire pourrait vous être imposé également mais votre hôte vous expliquera tous avant votre départ. Il est à l'écoute et très patient.
