Leonard Vatican House - the perfect accommodation

Pros: First of all: kindness of the owner Luca who is very helpful and caring and gave us extremely detailed and accurate information about the accommodation and tips for dining options in the neighbourhood of the apartman. Besides, the apartman was clean, stylish, spacious, comfortable, very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, ideal with its two bedrooms and two bathrooms for our four members family (my parents, my husband and me). We choose it because of its location (close to Vatican city and to metro line A) and it was the best decision from our part. Next time we shall choose them again, no doubt.

A brilliant stay!

Pros: We loved everything about the accommodation and Luca (the host) was amazing!

An amazing city that everyone should visit.

Pros: In a super location. We walked everywhere from this base. It was clean and had excellent modern bathrooms. Little touches like tea, coffee and water left for us too.

A very enjoyable family holiday in a beautiful city.

Pros: The apartment was in a wonderful building in a very central location close to St Peter’s Basilica and we were able to walk to all the sights of Rome. Some of the walks were very long but it was so pleasurable to walk through the old streets with an interesting feature around every corner. There are plenty of restaurants and bars close by and mini supermarkets. Our host Luca made everything very easy for us by giving us all the information we needed even down to suggesting luggage storage which was a short walk from the apartment. The apartment itself was extremely clean and comfortable with everything provided that you would need for a short stay. Thank you Luca for making our stay in Rome such a great holiday.

Pros: Luca is amazing and so incredibly helpful. Goes above and beyond to help with information on the area and getting taxis etc. Flat is in the best location and so comfortable with everything you need.

Luxury in Rome in quieter Prati area

Pros: We were in Rome for a wedding and the apartment was perfect for our group of 4. Spacious bedrooms each with ensuite, large wardrobes and air conditioning which was needed due to the heat. Comfy large beds in each room. Very clean with a compact useful kitchen and lounge area. Lovely historical lift to take us and suitcases to the 4th floor. Terrific cafes and restaurant at street level great for a morning coffee or late night meal. The Prati area is a quiet area, easy to get taxis to all the sites or close enough to walk. Host Luca was very helpful and kept in contact with us to help us with everything we needed. We would stay there again for sure,

Modern clean apartment, great location, helpful host

Pros: The apartment was modern, clean and well equipped with all amenities for our stay. The beds/ linen were very good with 2 excellent bathrooms and toiletries. Air conditioning was vey effective as hot during our stay. The apartment is in a great location 5-10 minute walk to St. Peter’s Square and Vatican with plenty of lovely bars and restaurants open route which to our surprise were not expensive. There is also a supermarket around the corner, bakery and wine shop below so catering is easily sorted. Luca was very helpful in terms of our arrival and recommendations for our stay. Especially the nearby Gelateria which served an array of delicious ice creams and pastries, which again were reasonably priced. Locations was great for walking to other sights or there is a Metro nearby.

Cons: We loved the authentic lift- apartment may not be suitable for those with mobility issues if lift not working. Otherwise this is a great apartment.

Excellent place to stay in Rome.

Pros: The communication with the host, Luca, was excellent. He was proactive in letting me know what needed to be completed for the check-in and to explain any processes. It was a very smooth experience and he kept checking in in case we needed anything. The place itself is wonderful, comfortable and with everything you could possibly need for a great stay in Rome. There is a restaurant on the first floor of the building and it was good to listen to the buzz when the windows were open to let the air in, and surprising that no noise could be heard when the windows were closed. Location is super convenient, not in the middle of crowded touristy areas, but walking distance to the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo in Prati with plenty of options for food and to explore.

Wonderful apartment, very well located

Pros: Everything was great!! The apartment is very well located, close to the Vatican Museums and only 15 minutes walk to Piazza Di Spagna or Fontana Di Trevi. The area is very safe, with many stores selling local products and restaurants. I strongly recommend the bar downstairs (great food and people!!). Overall we had a great stay and I would definitely return!!
