Excellent 2 night stay

Pros: very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a couple of days. Quiet area and there's a little garden which our dog appreciated! Andrea was always available via WhatsApp and the checkout instructions were very clear. We wouldn't hesitate to come back if we're visiting Rome again.

Cons: There isn't a dedicated parking spot so you have to find a space on the road outside.

Pros: Hosts are lovely people very friendly and helpful, take very good care of their guests. Was very nice gesture that they left in accommodation cold water in fridge and cookies on table. Very nice and spacious new renovated apartment in good location near Vatican. Thank you for your hospitality :)

Cons: Very noisy neighbor who always have open window and are listening TV till late at night or to talk very loud not caring much about anyone who would like to sleep. Parking is very delicate cause its tight narrow street so for any sort of bigger car can be an issue.

Excellent value for money

Pros: It’s a really comfortable apartment, I presume newly renovated, everything seems rather fresh. In terms of equipment it has everything you would need, the owner is kind and helpful. They offered late check in, which worked smoothly even though it was contacless.

Cons: Location is not the best, approx. 10-15 mins walk from the underground - same as advertised.

Pros: Great location, good connection with the airport, 10-15 min walk from the metro. The hosts accommodated us earlier than the indicated check-in time, kindly explained everything. The apartments are clean, we found everything we needed.

Cons: The apartments are heated with an air conditioner, but the floor remains very cold. If you are visiting there in December we recommend to take slippers or warm socks in advance.

Ottima scelta per un soggiorno comodo a Roma

Pros: La posizione (a soli 10 minuti di camminata dalla metro Cornelia), l'accoglienza (l'host mi ha fatto trovare tutto quello che mi serviva per il soggiorno per quanto riguarda la cucina ma anche l'omaggio per festeggiare l'ultimo dell'anno con una bottiglia di spumante e due panettoncini) e la disponibilità del proprietario (risponde sempre e sempre cortese).

Pros: Очень здорово, что это отдельное строение со своим входом, милым двориком и небольшим газоном. Можно утром позавтракать за столиком во дворе под песни зелёных попугаев. Очень чисто, есть все необходимое. Хозяева очень четко и оперативно отвечали на наши вопросы и запросы, быстро решали всё. Благодарим

Cons: Далековато от метро. Написано, что недалеко Ватикан. Это не так. 5 остановок на метро, а до метро не менее 15 минут

Pros: Il proprietario è molto gentile e la camera è pulitissima.

Bel appartement

Pros: L'appartement était calme, propre et agréable. Les échanges avec les propriétaires courtois et clairs.

Cons: L'éloignement du métro. Il faut longer une route à grande circulation pour l'atteindre.
