Amazing!

Pros: Amazing place! The apartment was very clean, cozy, and perfectly equipped — it had everything we needed, including coffee and a lovely welcome treat upon arrival. The location is excellent, just about a 5-minute walk from the Colosseum, and the area is full of great restaurants and cafés. Stefania is a wonderful host — kind, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a great stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros: I liked absolutely everything We were met, given parking, shown and told everything. Very friendly and welcoming. Magnificent apartments, located literally 5 minutes from the Colosseum. There is everything you need around.It was great and made a huge difference to the city. You could walk around everything.Thanks a lot!

FANTASTIC!

Pros: What a great luxery apartment we had. And above all the owner Stefania was so sweet, helpfull and great to us. The location of the apartement was 5 mintes walking distance to the Colosseum. Everything in one word: FANTASTIC!

Pros: El sitio es perfecto para descansar después de todo el día caminando la cama es muy cómoda, es silencioso, tiene calefacción, el baño es amplio y la ducha tiene presión. La cocina tiene todo el menaje que se necesita, además está todo nuevo, reformado recientemente, decorado con buen gusto, te hace sentir en casa. La ubicación es muy buena a 5 minutos del coliseo

Cons: Lo único que no funcionaba bien del todo era la TV. Tenía cortes usando las plataformas de streaming.

Ubicación y apartamento muy recomendable.

Pros: Nuestra estancia en el apartamento fue muy buena. Desde el primer momento, la anfitriona estuvo súper atenta, respondiendo a mis mensajes a cualquier hora y ayudándonos con todo lo que necesitamos. La ubicación es inmejorable, literalmente al lado del coliseo, lo que nos permitió recorrer Roma caminando y disfrutar de la ciudad al máximo. El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado, no le faltaba de nada, y además tuvo el detalle de dejarnos cosas para el desayuno, lo cual fue un gesto que agradecimos muchísimo. Sin duda, lo recomendaríamos y volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.

Fijn appartement op een prima plek voor een korte vakantie in Rome

Pros: Vriendelijke ontvangst, het appartement had een voorraadje van dagelijkse verbruikswaren, fijn bed/beddegoed. Bushalte voor de deur. Levensmiddelenzaak ook voor de deur. Fijne badkamer. Zo lang de andere bewoners van het complex stil zijn, is het heel stil: er komt geen geluid van de stad naar binnen.

Cons: keukengerei wel erg simpel. Decoratie ook minimaal. Een staande lamp bij de bank hadden we wel gewaardeerd. De ventilatie is lastig: je moet daarvoor de (schuif-)deur open zetten en daarmee komt ook veel geluid van andere bewoners van het complex binnen: die lopen vlak langs het appartement. De handleiding was onvolledig: het paneeltje bij de deur wordt er niet in beschreven, daardoor moeite met bedienen van de verwarming.

Pros: Estaba muy limpio y nuevo. No sé oían ruidos para dormir. Esta muy bien situado, a 5 minutos andando del Coliseo. Una zona Tranquila. Un carrefour express justo en frente. Muy recomendable. Todo facilidades por parte de la dueña. Marta.
