Staying here was perfect in every way.
Pros: Alexander our host was fantastic. He met us at the apartment after hours due to our late arrival. He always responded immediately when we needed to contact him. The apartment is in a great location, spotlessly clean, modern and everything you need for your stay. Quiet, safe and relaxing. I highly recommend staying here.
Cons: Nothing everything was superb.

Pros: Even though it’s a 5 minute walk from all the attractions, once you enter the courtyard it’s so quiet and peaceful. Beautiful modern apartment with an outside space

Great location, great apartment. Highly recommended!
Pros: The stay was excellent! The apartment is new, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location is great — just a short walk from the Colosseum and within easy reach of metro stations (about 5 to 10 minutes on foot). The host, Alexander, was very attentive, helpful, and responded quickly to all messages. Highly recommended!

Pros: This property was amazing, we felt so so safe, it was so comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped with utensils which was ideal !!! It was genuinely one of the best accommodation I have stayed in and we love to travel ! the location was amazing within 600m of the bus stop and tram and 900m of the metro, we visited all the main attraction and was so easy to get to them, such a nice atmosphere around this area, there was even a supermarket directly across the road ! I would definitely recommend !

Beautiful apartment. Everything you need. Plus extremely clean and comfortable, great hosts.
Pros: Beautiful new apartment, fully equipped, extremely clean and comfortable, it is in a quiet and peaceful location,great hosts wich was welcomed with a bottle of wine, fruit, coffee. The apartment is right next to the Colosseum. If you plan to travel by metro, it is a great place (5 min from apartment). Bus and tram stops are in front of the apartment, also a supermarket. For every recommendation.

Cómodo, limpio y acogedor
Pros: Todo perfecto, muy cómodo usando silla de ruedas, espacios amplios. Limpio, acogedor y sobre todo muy buena ubicación. Repetiremos sin duda
Cons: No tenemos ningún inconveniente del alojamiento. Ajeno al alojamiento lo que menos nos gustó fue el conserje, tiene malas formas, es un poco borde, si intentas hablar con él y te equivocas en alguna palabra en otro idioma se ríe en tu cara. No hace ni el esfuerzo de entenderte.

Pros: La ubicación al lado del Coliseo, restaurantes y establecimientos comerciales al lado, bien comunicado y el apartamento era muy modermo.

Pros: La ubicacion es perfecta, se ve el Coliseo y esta muy cerca de estacion de metro directa a Plaza España, Plaza de San Pedro,.. (Manzoni) andando al lado de las basilicas de Santa Maria y San Giovanni, inmejorable. La recepcion por parte de Fernanda fue perfecta, super atenta a pesar de ser ya tarde, nos facilitó informacion útil, y estuvo en los dias previos muy atenta a nuestras necesidades. Una anfitriona perfecta.gracias. El apartamento es nuevo, recomendable al 100%, ojala vuelva pronto a Roma, ya tengo alojamiento elegido.
