Appartamento via del Teatro Pace

Great location.

Pros: Nice apartment. The room with the 4 poster bed lets in some noise from the street bellow. The room that is half a level up is really quiet at night. Nice to have 2 bathrooms so getting ready to go out in the morning doesn't take too long. We really liked having a living room to relax in for a bit when we came back after a day of sightseeing and before going out to dinner.

Cons: I had understood that the driver who was picking us up at the airport (arranged through the apartment owner) would also let us in. They dropped us off around the corner (because the streets are too narrow to get the minibus into, totally ok) but they knew nothing about how to get into the apartment. I made the driver come with us to the entrance and he called and texted the owner. Then he left and said to call him if we hadn't heard anything in 5 min. At the same time I started texting the owner on whatsapp and through booking.com and got a reply after a few minutes that someone would be there in 10 min to let us in. It all worked out fine but the feeling of being left standing in the street not knowing if someone would answer or show up at all was not a great start to a vacation.

Pros: Clean, great location, large space, classy decoration, elevator, 2 toilets, 2 bedrooms, close to everything.

Cons: The washing machine was wiggling, so we couldn't use it!

The host was great, the apartment was so spacious and having a piano was a treat. Would definitely sta again.

Pros: We loved the location, the size of the apartment and the cute little kitchen. It was lovey to be able to make meals and look at the beautiful view outside

Cons: We had a leaking sink which meant we couldn’t use the sink in the en-suite bathroom. It wasn’t a big deal, we just used the main bathroom and once made aware the host offered to have a plumber come right away. It really wasn’t a big deal.

Perfectly decorated and well located

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, very spacious and nicely decorated. Location is top notch.

Cons: A little bit dusty and some hints of mud in some places

Pros: Excellent location near lots of restaurants and sites, but located on a quite street, so no noise at night (great for our baby to sleep). Plenty of space, it was larger than expected. Air-conditioning worked perfectly in the August heat. The elevator was excellent for the pram and father in-law that uses a walking stick.

Pros: The location, the apartment, the hosts were just perfect.

Cons: The surroundings were a bit too noisy) but I guess this is what you get staying right in the centre)

Great place to stay in the heart of Rome

Pros: The location and almost everything is amazing. Staff are super responsive and helpful.

Cons: Hot showers are way too short, 2mins and you have cold water only. Apart from that, nothing else. Although it could be better if having to talk to 1 person only

A large and beautiful apartment in the heart of Rome – highly recommended!

Pros: A large apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spacious living and dining area, a separate well-equipped kitchen, and a large hallway. The apartment has a washing machine. It features a salon-style design with a rustic charm. A small elevator leads to the apartment. It is located just 50 meters from Piazza Navona, in the heart of old Rome. The location is perfect. The owners are kind and welcoming.
